A frustrating and disappointing stay with a greedy, unresponsive host.

Absolutely Terrible—Still No Deposit Refund After Nearly a Month I stayed at ShortStopPasilaiciai on June 24–25 and had a very disappointing and frustrating experience, especially regarding the EUR 100 damage deposit. At the time of booking, it was clearly stated that the deposit would be collected via bank transfer upon arrival and refunded within 14 days of check-out, pending a property inspection. I waited the full 14 days — no refund. I messaged the host — no response. I called — no answer. Eventually, the host even blocked my number, which is not just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable. Now it’s been almost a month, and I’ve still not received the deposit. This host showed no integrity, and the lack of communication or accountability is shocking. Avoid this property at all costs. If you’re thinking about booking here, be warned: your deposit may never come back, and you’ll be left dealing with a host who ignores and blocks you.

Before check-in owner asked about 100€ deposit and I agreed because here was reservation without free cancelation. Also here additional 22€ payment. After check-out owner stoped to respond to my messages. Greedy bad owner. P.S. Booking support not reacted to my request about this situation.

One of those places that scam you with a reasonable price on the site and then extort additional cash for imaginary fees. Bed changing fee, guest fee, you name it... All in cash, obviously. I had a very busy business day and had to deal with their demands ranging from additional fees in cash to sending deposit to some unknown bank account with no name provided. After seeing the taxes that they sent to me, I tried to reach them by phone twice, but no one picked up. Asked to cancel my stay immediately after the reservation and return at least part of the money - they decided to keep the money. That pretty much sums it up, a not-bad business plan with little effort for them. All these old people with their average apartments scare me so badly, I have already switched fully to hotels. At least there the business can be held accountable. These people hold on to their apartments like it's their last shed to survive, and it shows in every small detail. I didn't stay there and they didn't return anything. Highly do not recommend it.

Nice stay in Vilnius

Communication was good, easy self check-in. The building is easy to find, Shops and Restaurants close by, area is safe, busses run every 5 minutes to the centre, 40min drive. Parking possible close to the apartment. Fast wifi. There is a Tv, hair dryer and towels. I recommend to stay here!

Could be a bit cleaner. And "breakfast" isnt really breakfast. It is joghurt in the fridge. There was also juices and one bottle of milk (already open), so I didn't try it. I read those Information before, so I didn't expect much and I don't really mind. But for guests who need a proper breakfast (and expect that), maybe don't expect much.

Nie miałem żadnych oczekiwań po przeczytaniu opinii poprzednich gości.

Generalnie dramat. Mieszkanie do kapitalnego remontu nie nadające się na wynajem. W bloku na obrzeżach miasta - przypominało Nowy Dwór we Wrocławiu z plusami i minusami mieszkania na takim osiedlu. W sumie na trzy wykupione doby spędziliśmy tam 8 godzin. Dużo podróżuję po Europie i mieszkam w różnych warunkach ale to było pierwsze miejsce gdzie brzydziłem się korzystać z noclegu. Kaucja (której ostatecznie nie zapłaciłem) wydaje się służyć do zabezpieczenia płatności w przypadku roszczeń niezadowolonych klientów. Mimo wszystko uważam, że mieszkanie ma potencjał na tego typu działalność - po przeprowadzeniu remontu i właściwym go wyposażeniu.

Ledusskapja saturs brokastīm pārsteidza ar daudzumu un kvalitāti, arī šis tas cits ēdamais bija atstāts. Ļoti kluss rajons, ideāla sabiedriskā transporta pieejamība. Burvīgi ātrs internets.

Vajadzētu kārtīgi iztīrīt dzīvokli! Es neko nesaku par remontu, jo cena ir atbilstoša dzīvokļa stāvoklim, bet kārtīga tīrīšana (vēlams, pēc katra viesa + ģenerālā) nepieciešama!

Miły krótki pobyt

Mieszkanko jest umieszczone w blokowisku z dala od centrum, ale komunikacja miejska w Wilnie jest bardzo dobra i nie było najmniejszych problemów z dojazdem. Samo mieszkanie przytulne, choć miejscami odklejała się tapeta a balkon porasta grzybem. Jedyne co, to łazienka pozostawia nieco do życzenia, gdyż nie zamykają się w niej drzwi, a spod ręcznika wyleciał mól.
