Great location. Will stay again.

This was my second time in "the Heart of City Centre". Great location. Comfortable room. Everything you need is there for a nice shower, good sleep and a meal. Even parking! Kitchen is equipped with all the basics. A fun experience in the bathroom - the toilet and mirror are a bit higher than usual. Will be back again!

It was snowy in Vilnius, so it would have been nice to have a doormat in the room as well as in the corridor. I was sorry to leave the puddles by the door. Other than that - no notes.

Comfortable Centeal and Calm

Great place for a stay in Vilnius! Location is good, 15 minute walk from the center square. But at the same time it’s away from the chaos and super calm. The room is in great condition. The host was in contact early. We were even able to keep our bags in the cleaning room until the evening.

Nice, comfortable apartment close to the city centre

Very comfortable apartment, great location, check-in was easy thanks to the information from the host and can be done at any time (the keys are left in a keybox). The host responded to questions quickly. Everything was nice and clean, towels were fresh, the kitchen was well equipped. The host let us store luggage at the apartment until the evening after check-out, which was very convenient. Overall, very nice place, perfect for a few days' stay.

Cozy studio in a central location

A very central and accessible location. Nice old building, and the flat is very modern (as a nice contrast). Very clean, had all amenities for a short stay. A comfortable bed. Dogs are allowed. Clear instructions on how to get into the flat (several codes and lock boxes). The issue regarding access to parking mentioned in some previous reviews was nicely solved (the host has left the keys in a separate lock box). We would definitely stay in this place again, especially if travelling by i.e bus or train.

Not that it is in any way the fault of a host, and not much can be done about it - but the parking area connected to the house is not very big, and the place may not be available, or the residents (or their friends) may not be happy about tourists wanting to park their cars in there. The immediate area around the house is 'red parking zone', which is pretty expensive, so I recommend checking i.e unipark website to check for green zones or yellow zones, which are cheaper, and yellow zones not even too far away are free 20:00-08:00.

Perfect location but poor communication

The location is really good and convenient.

The property didn't inform in advance that there will be no hot water on the 1st night, they waited till the last moment to send a message about that and it was communicated very poorly without offering any compensation or a possibility to cancel and find another acommodation. In Lithuania it is cold even in the summer and such turning off of the hot water is scheduled in advance so they surely knew about it in advance but chose not to disclose this inconvenience on time. The studio was pretty clean but there was an ugly yellow stain or a spill under the toilet.

Comfy little studio in the perfect location

Perfect little studio apartment in Vilnius with an excellent location. All the basic amenities needed and very clean.

Bed was a little small and soft for two people but it was as expected. I would stay there again when in Vilnius.

Newly renovated & clean, free parking (competitive spaces with others in the house). Good shower, only one top hot plate stove with in the kitchenette

Our studio faced to the main street at the Traffic light. While the windows are well insolated, we could hear trucks, motorcycles, V8 engines, street cleaning machines. Not too bad when windows closed in winter. Rather small dinner table, no bedside tables & lights

Instrukcijos kaip gauti tam tikrus raktus buvo aiškios, geros parkavimo vietos. Vonia ir svetainė tvarkingos. Paradinių durų kodą suvedėm ne iš pirmo karto ( labai greitai išsijungia), bet apart to viskas patiko

Kambario sienom reikėtų šiek tiek pavalymo, nes buvo dideli plėmai, bet už tokią kainą - nėra taip blogai

Чистота в кімнаті. Всього вистачило вдосталь для перебуванні двох-трьох днів.

Під вікнами дуже активна проїжджа частина( вулиця) і шумоізоляція бажає кращого! Холодна вода в душі (трохи тепліша за кімнатну температуру), або ж це електро-бойлерна система і її вже хтось вибрав. Коротка ковдра на ліжку, з моїм зростом 181см, вночі або плечі мерзнуть, або ноги.

Ļoti tīrs. Laba skaņas izolācija logiem. Plašāk nekā fotogrāfijās! Garas gultas. Pilnīgi viss nepieciešamais. Divas naktis var palikt.

Nekādas skaņas izolācijas numuriņa durvīm, pat sprauga zem tām - katru kaimiņu vārdu no koridora var dzirdēt. Šauras segas.

Ubicación muy buena

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro histórico para ir a pie a todos los sitios. La parada del bus que va a la estación de bus y tren está al lado. Estudio limpio, reformado en edificio antiguo. Tiene cocinilla para hacerte alguna comida y cafetera de émbolo para café. El mobiliario sencillo pero práctico para estar unos días. Ventanas con insonorización. Muy tranquilo para poder descansar.

No dispone de TV, aunque no es imprescindible.

建物はかなり古いものでメインドアなどはガタがきていましたが、ユニット自体はリフォームされており、最低限必要なものは揃っていたので、コスパを考えたら２泊程度なら快適に過ごせる環境だと思いました

駐車場（無料）付ということで予約しましたが、アパート建物のすぐ横ではあったもののゲートがあり、入れなかったので連絡したが、結局は満車状態で入れることができず、敷地横の芝生のところに乗り上げて駐車することになった。オーナーからの指示もあいまいで、駐車場付きならもう少ししっかり対応してほしかったです洗面台があまりに小さく、顔を洗うにも小物を洗濯するのにも不便な造りでしたロケーション的には観光地に行くには徒歩圏内だったので悪くなかったのですが、ACがないため窓を開けていると夜遅くまで通りを歩く人の声がうるさく、静かな環境とは言えなかったです

Ottima posizione a 10 minuti dal centro, zona tranquilla. La stanza è molto pulita e ampia, la cucina accessoriata con l'essenziale.

Avrei aggiunto una lampada da lettura vicino al letto ed una macchinetta per il caffè.

W porządku

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja z bezpłatnym parkingiem za szlabanem. W pokoju było czysto, wyposażony mały aneks kuchenny w niezbędne rzeczy żeby przygotować sobie coś do jedzenia. Pokój posiada prywatną łazienkę. W sam raz na 1-2 noce na zwiedzanie miasta.

Słychać hałas na ulicy nawet przy zamkniętym oknie, prześwit na korytarz pod drzwiami pokoju. Wysoko umieszczona toaleta i lustro w lazience.

Apartamento en el centro de la ciudad. Comunicación rápida y fácil con el propietario, Apartamento calmado, limpio y con las cosas necesarias para una estancia tranquila. Comercios cercanos en los alrededores. Si quisieras quedarte en el centro de la ciudad, este sería una buena opción.
