La ubicación.

La habitación estaba en un sótano, apenas con luz natural cosa que no ponía en la reserva. Se usaría como almacén ya que pasaban las tuberias por allí de todo el edificio y hacían mucho ruido. No se podía regular la calefacción debido a que calentaban con las tuberías. El menaje de cocina muy pobre y solamente había una silla aunque el apartamento es para dos personas. Tampoco tenía secador de pelo. En general bastante sucio y muy desagradable pasar tiempo allí. No lo recomiendo ni para el precio que pagas. Además, cuando reservas, te enseñan fotos de dos habitaciones uno con sofá y comedor y otro que no, no sabes cuál de las dos habitaciones te toca.
