Cozy Apartment in Gothic style house in the Heart of the Old Town

I really like the smooth communication with the owner - anytime we had a question, he replied to a WA message immediately. The location is absolutely fantastic, we walked everywhere, the car stayed in the safe court yard the whole time (we stayed for 3 days). We really appreciated the fact that the parking was free. The appartment was more spatious than I thought it would be, it was very comfortably organized, four people fit in very comfortably. We cooked dinners there and were happy to find everything we needed: knives, strainers, cutting boards, etc. Everything was spotless, even glasses! The bed as well as the couch were comfortable, the couch big enough for two people. Nice, spotless clean sheets and towels. I personally appreciated the separate toilet and bathroom. We used the washing machine and found a big folding drying rack, which was great too. Wi-fi worked with no problems. It is an old building and it was nice and cool inside during the extremely hot days (36°C).

This is a note refering to some of the previous comments by other people who stayed here. I would like to say upfront that we were extremely happy here as our preferences are clenliness, practicality, acessibility, and a reasonable price. I don't mind that all the plates are not from the same set, that the shower may have a little crack in the sliding door frame, or that the gate is a little narrow for a Skoda Superb. What matrers to me is that there are enough plates in the cupboard, that the sliding door works well and is absolutely clean, and that there is a yard where I can park in the center of the city. :) The value for the money is fantastic.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr zentral und man kommt überall schnell hin. In der Nähe hat es viele gute Frühstückscafes.

Das Bett war sehr unbequem, die Matratze war auf der einen Seite stark durchgelegen, dass man auf dem Lattenrost war. Im grossen und Ganzen war alles oberflächlich OK geputzt, aber bei genauem hinsehen eher schmutzig.
