Чисто, просто, но все есть для жизни, великолепное место расположение, супер современный район с кафе и магазинами, и тут же рядом чудесный парк с прудами
Старый конечно ремонт, но за такую цену в таком районе это абсолютно стоит того.

Хороший вариант на несколько ночей: шикарное расположение - недалеко от центра, рядом куча активностей и магазинов, парковка, уютный балкон, легко можно разместиться группой 3-5 человек. Хозяин супер-приятный, заселение самостоятельное и комфортное. Отдельное спасибо за стиральную машинку.
Диван не раскладывается (или мы не поняли как его раскладывать), а кровать в жилой комнате очень скрипит. Рядом с домом хостел, бывает шумно, но после 12ти обычно все замолкают. Мы были в конце мая, но в квартире было очень холодно.

Понравилось что было достаточно тепло, местоположение хорошее.
Не было телевизора, кофе машинки нет, сахара нет, губки для мытья посуды так же не нашла и так же в 9 утра начали соседи сверлить стены и ребёнка 1 год разбудили и испугали.
