Disappointing

The location is pretty good. The size is decent. And that's about it.

If you closed the bathroom door it would just smell like mold when you'd go inside, had too keep it open all the time. You'd still feel the smell when you went into the shower. This is with the radiator set to max and having heated floors... How do you even allow that to be given to someone??? The sink in the bathroom was cracked, adding to the unpleasant feeling in the bathroom. The shower doors wouldn't close properly and aren't isolated all that well, so water would seep out, requiring you to put a towel on the edges of the shower. The TV was old but acceptable, however what's not is that there were 3 different remotes that you get and not a single one did ANYTHING. They just didn't work. 1 light near the bed didn't work. Couch was very cheap, dirty in the seams, would just feel dirt flying out of the edges at times. We also lost something under the sofa and, when looking under it, we found a bit of garbage and a slipper there, so it really puts into question just how much it was cleaned. The walkout area is something but it isn't comfy to go out of as there are no steps on the outside. Additionally, this property lists that it has a double bed. In reality it's just 2 single beds put together with the bedframe from each digging into your back if you were to try and lie there in the middle. And the closet... Half full with equipment. And when you close it the cabinet above pops open too. Like... Why even have a closet at that point? Lastly, expect a cheap feeling in general. Flooring was warped in some places. Ceiling coats are cracked. Kitchen doors nicked. Cheap furniture... Etc.

The only downfall of this apartment is smell that I pinpointed to somewhere in bathroom drains and stuff needs to be checks cause it was a bad odor.

Location only good thing

It was impossible to contact the service staff. The room had two single beds pushed together, which easily slid apart. Worts of all, there was not even warm water - let alone hot. During the two nights of my stay, nothing changed.

Overall nice, but a lot of small inconveniences

The location is very convenient, the apartment is modern and all necessary equipment was available in the apartment.

The windows were covered with a metal grate that let in almost no light and offered no view. Also, the "double" bed was two singles that were neither attached to each other or the headboard, which meant they kept sliding apart and creating a hole in the middle. The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room and the hot tub was not available during our stay. None of the rooms were particularly clean.

Good, but not very good contact with property

- was waiting for a long time for the responses on my texts from the property. They gave a number to contact if case of questions, but we don’t have Lithuanian phone number, so it was no use - in the description it says that there is a hot tub, we didn’t find it. Texted the property on booking but never got an answer. We did find a sauna but it was not working, and there were no info what time it’s working

Nothing deluxe

Location near of center, apartment good looking

It wasn't that well cleaned. The shower door didn't close properly and stinks. It didn't have air conditioning but a fan . Bed sheets are very cheap. Tv does not work. They could see you through the window, if you use the curtains then it is totally dark. It cannot be considered deluxe apartment, lower the price per night to 30 euros and then It will be worthy.

Terrible customer service, lack of cleanliness

The location was good, relatively central but quiet and safe.

The flat wasn't very clean: there were cobwebs in the corners, the floor was dirty, there was a bandaid stuck to a wall, and glasses had visible scale marks. The company has a terrible customer service and if you have a problem, do not expect for it to get fixed. Instead, they will mislead and ignore you. I booked two flats from this company, one for 2 people and one for 3. At some point my plans changed and I wanted to modify the 3 person flat to 2 people. I messaged the owner and after a few days they replied the rate for 2 people would be €182 for that flat instead of the original €227. However, after that, they ignored all my messages. I called the property and was assured they would get back to me. They never did. I contacted Booking.com Customer Service with screenshots attached and after a few days I received a response claiming Lollo apartments could offer me a discount of €5 for that flat, which did not correspond to what the property offered previously. If the original offer was a mistake, they should have admitted that and apologised instead of ignoring the enquiries.

Comfortable and close to city centre

The room is quiet, dark and very easy to get in and out of with codes on both the front door and the room door. Walking distance to a convenience store and about 20-30 minutes' walk into the city centre. Huge spacious apartment with plenty of storage, basic kitchen supplies, fridge and microwave.

The television only has YouTube and Netflix, but does not accept any plug in streaming devices. We had to hotspot using our roaming data which was spotty in the building. Hallway of building was very dark and the bathroom smelled a bit musty despite having the fan on the whole time.

Lovely two-nights stay to explore the city of Vilnius and near-by castle of Trakai.

Large and comfy room, the same applies to the bathroom. Location is also quite fine. The old town is within easy walk session. (If needed, you can take bolt, that operates in Vilnius for cheap prices).

The grocery could be a bit closer for breakfast. Corridors in the house look somehow strange, but the visual of the room itself is much better.

The window is 80% blocked by permanent bars, very limited sunlight passes. And 4 artificial lights in the room are awful cold white color. And bathroom sink wasn't clean, had some hair in it.

Exceptional stay at an amazing location!

Amazing communication with the host, was super easy to check-in. The location is amazing, couldn't ask for a better one! The apartment had everything needed - clean towels, an additional set of bedding, dishes, soap, etc. Highly recommend!

Mums patiko Vilniuje

Vieta patogi, nes netoli yra centras, bet buvosio kalėjimo vaizdas už lango nuteikia nemaloniai. Kambaryje buvo švaru, bet šalta, nes žiema buvo paliktas adaras langas. Indų buvo pakankamai, bet puodai ir keptuvė nelabai švarūs.

Sunkiai sekėsi paleisti elektrinę viryklę, sužinoti ar perskaityti, kaip tai padaryti, nebuvo kur. Niekas neatsakė į mūsų telefono skambutį, tik parašius el.paštu, sulaukėme malonios ponios skambučio. Duše blogai nubėgo vanduo. Prašėme sutvarkyti, bet taip ir nesulaukėme pagalbos. Gėda!

Dobre położenie, słabe wyciszenie

Mieszkanie jest w Centrum, zaraz przy więzieniu na Łukiszkach. W 20 minut można dojść piechotą do katedry. Przez okno można wyjść na dach, który pełni funkcję wspólnego tarasu. Ulica Giedymina zaraz obok. W 15 minut można dojść do centrum handlowego Panorama, gdzie można zaparkować za darmo w weekendy i w dni robocze po godz. 19.

W mieszkaniu było dość chłodno. Mimo, iż blok jest w miarę nowy, to na ścianach były już spore pęknięcia. Ściany są strasznie cienkie - ty słyszysz sąsiadów, sąsiedzi słyszą ciebie. Duże łóżko to tak naprawdę 2 osobne łóżka zsunięte razem, z wyczuwalną przerwą w materacu. Brak przypisanego bezpłatnego miejsca parkingowego.

Розташування супер! Центр з безліччю кафе ресторанів та бутіків! Чисте та затишне житло! Було приємно повертатися в номер після завершення справ увечері , гуляючи по центру Вільнюса ! Старе місто теж буквально в 15 хвилинах ходьби! Особливо сподобалася кав'ярня зі смачним кофе та десертами у цьому ж будинку!

Не сподобалося тільки те, що не було ключа від приміщення зі сміттєвими баками! знаходиться в невеликій кімнаті зі сміттєвими пакетами як то не затишно!

Le zone in comune sono veramente tenute male, abbiamo trovato letteralmente delle palle di polvere nel corridoio, anche se non credo dipenda dalla struttura che in sè è davvero bella e pulita
