Excellent place to stay in Kaunas

It was a one night stay in Kaunas for us, so we booked a place close to the center that accepted dogs and included a parking place, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the apartment. It had really everything we could think of. We knew that this a basement apartment, i.e. you need to go down to stairs to enter it, and we thought it might be dark inside, but actually it was not an issue, somehow the windows let enough light in. It is very well equipped and you could definitely stay there for a longer period than just one night. The owners are very friendly and responsive, they even sent us a bag with my daughter's stuff that we left behind. Thanks again :)

Perfect location, near everything you need! The room was well equipped and spacious☺️ Parking is available directly in front of the apartment.

The parking area was uneven, so it’s worth being careful with a car that has low ground clearance. Access with a larger vehicle can be tricky, as the entrance is quite narrow.

Spacious and Central Stay - Almost Perfect!

This apartment boasts an unbeatable location, right in the very heart of Kaunas – and as someone born and raised here, I can confidently say that! The apartment itself is very spacious and nicely decorated, with all the necessary amenities provided. The availability of a sofa bed in the living room is a plus, and while perhaps not ideal for four adults, the apartment would comfortably accommodate two adults and a child. Despite being situated in the basement, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, with virtually no outside noise. The hosts were also very friendly and responsive, which I greatly appreciated.

The fact that the apartment is located in the basement was the main drawback, and the courtyard of the building wasn't particularly charming. However, these were minor points in an otherwise excellent stay.

Exceptional Stay with an Amazing Host!

Tomas is an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. When we arrived late in Kaunas and were unsure about getting a taxi, he personally picked us up for the same price and shared great recommendations on things to do in the city. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a great shower and comfortable beds. The neighborhood was peaceful at night, and the location was perfect—just one street away from Liberty Street, filled with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies, all within a five-minute walk. The bus stop, only a few meters away, offers a direct connection to the airport, and there is a free parking spot within the building complex for those with a car. Most major tourist attractions and museums were within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring Kaunas. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kaunas!

Perfect apartment in an amazing location

Easy to see why this place is so highly rated. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need and in great location right in the heart of the city. Parking was super easy and communication with the hosts was great. We stayed as a couple with a 11 month old and it was perfect.

Pretty nice place to stay in Kaunas

Kaunas was our the last but one stop during our roadtrip aroud baltic states and we found this lovely apartment almost in the center of the city. The host communicated via booking, he provided detailed info about accomodation and the communication was very nice. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Parking was in the yard, no problem with that. This accommodation has extra in Portuguese Embassy in the same building, they run a wine shop.

I spent a lot of time in the property and it was large enough to not feel confined

I stayed when there was a lot of snow and ice. I would suggest a handrail is installed for the stairs. Although, very much appreciated Tomas coming to clear the ice off the stairs before I needed to use them.

Lovely homely stay, very welcome equipped apartment.

lovely apartment, will equipped with everything you need, just like your own home. The under floor heating in the bathroom was lovely to come out to after a shower. Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon prime. Good location for local eateries and a little supermarket. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lack of light outside once it got dark, pitch black. This is not the fault of the property, the area outside needs some street lights or something of the sort.
