Great location, very clean and stylish - and the view is incredible. Free parking is a huge plus as well. The house itself is splendid - it's interesting to see the history coming alive. Loved it!

Very comfortable, stylish place

Very easy check in and check out with access code to the building and a letter box where you can pick up your keys. The building is spacious, clean and safe. The apartment is tastefully decorated. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom which we loved. The beds were comfortable and it was well equipped for a short stay. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Very nice, would recommend

We really enjoyed how private and "our own" the apartment felt like. GREAT location, and it was clean and comfortable. The TV is a smart tv, and you can connect whatever netflix or other streaming services to it.

There were a few small things, which were not ideal, but it's possible to get around them. For example it was hard impossible to stand up when you're over 175cm in the "room" upstairs, and the knives were dull. But these things are just small inconveniences, and not something that bothered us a lot.

The apartment was very convenient for our stay and very good value for money.

Perfect location, very central and has a parking. Apartment is a nicely renovated building, it is nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our short stay. The owner shared very clear instructions how to get in and we didn’t have any additional questions. Thank you for that.

Dobra lokalizacja. Gospodarz w dniu przyjazdu przekazał mi informacje na temat odbioru kluczy ze skrytki. Łóżka wygodne. Mieszkanie i jego wyposażenie zgodne z opisem.

Bardzo zdziwił nas widok torby pełnej śmieci (chyba po poprzednich gościach) na środku mieszkania oraz szklanka zimnej zaparzonej herbaty. Pomyśleliśmy, że mieszkanie jest nieposprzątane po poprzednich odwiedzających, ale okazało się, że poza workiem śmieci i filiżanką herbaty wszystko jest czyste. Wyglądało to tak jakby sprzątaczka po sprzątaniu nagle musiała pilnie wyjść.

Приємні апарти в доволі приємному місці. Додаткове ліжко вже було застлане, за що господарям окреме дякую. Комфортне паркування у дворі. Зручна, не зважаючи на розміри ванна кімната.

Всього 1 картка для ліфта на 3-х дорослих це ще то випробування, а без ліфта навіть вниз сходами не спуститися. Через відкрите вікно вночі чути гонщиків, а з самого ранку розбудив звуковий світлофор на розі під будинком.

Limpio, bonito, luminoso, cerca del centro de Kaunas, cama cómoda. Con bastante utensilios de cocina y cervezas en la nevera. Tiene parking. Buena wifi.

Falta un microondas y el acceso a la cama es por unas escaleras un poco empinadas.

Стильный двухэтажный лофт, реновированный дом недалеко от кафедрального собора и улицы Лайсвес. Закрытая парковка на территории. Есть все для комфортного пребывания. До старого города далековато, пешком минут 35-40, если с ребенком.

Единственный минус - сильно скрипела дверь в ванную комнату, ночью было трудно никого не разбудить 😄а так все отлично.

Небольшие апартаменты в центре Каунаса. Интересное здание. Комфортно для 1 ночи. Останавливались вчетвером, с детьми, места хватило.

Диван на первом этаже очень скрипучий, дверь в санузел закрывается шумно. Нет чая и кофе.

Patiko - rekomenduojame :)

Stilinga, jauku, švaru ir patogu. Mums buvo svarbu lokacija netoli Žalgirio arenos ir tai buvo tikrai labai arti. Taip pat šalia senamiestis, akropolis ir t.t. Lova patogi, dušas tiko, virtuvė gera. Vaikui patiko laiptai. Gavom parkingą šalia, tas irgi buvo svarbu.

Galbūt šiek tiek painu su rakto paėmimu ir keliais įėjimais, bet čia smulkmena.

Ideāla atrašanās vieta. Plānojam apmeklēt daiļslidošanas čempionātu, līdz Arēnai 10-15 min. Blakus Laisves aleja, kafeinīcas, restorāni, veikali. Ir virtuvīte ar traukiem un c.

Ar visam instrukcijam nesaņēmām info par stāvvietu. Zvanījām, jautājām. Zem sniega bija problematiski atrast satāvietas numuru, bet atradām. Numuru apmaksājām trīs cilvēkiem, bet atbraucot, atradām gultas veļu un dvieļus tikai diviem. Par laimi viss atrisinājās, saimnieks visu atveda.

La informacion de recoger la llaves, me las enviaron tarde al email, llegue a las 13:30 y el correo de como acceder llego a las 13:55, estuve dando tumbos, de un lado para otro, El correo email, si llega antes, seria perfecto. Nos ayudo una chica que encontramos muy amable, que llamo ella con su telefono y nos soluciono el problema, en recepcion general, nunca vimos a nadie. The information about collecting the keys was sent to me late by email, I arrived at 1:30 p.m. and the email on how to access arrived at 1:55 p.m., I was bumping around, from one place to another, the email, if it arrives before , it would be perfect. We were helped by a girl who we found very friendly, who called with her phone number and solved the problem for us, at the general reception, we never saw anyone.
