Good location, spacious apartment

Towels were not fresh, roof windows don't have curtains/blinds, thus it's impossible to sleep in the evening and morning. Pillows are flat and not comfortable.

The location was great, the room is big, everything was working.

It’s a little bit of cold when you are travelling in winter, the heating was really low. The shower was a little bit of dirty, but it didn’t cause any trouble or discomfort.

OK, not too far from nice location (Vijūnėlė park), but the communication should be improved.

Quite close to the Vijūnėlė lake and park around, which was excellent for the morning jog and later with kids to have a walk.

I didn't like the communication with the host. When we were asked to pay money to the bank for the accommodation - which was fine - however, the instructions were unclear, and when I asked for clarifications, in the message he just impolitely wrote: "just pay the money!!!". Our check-out was supposed to be at 12:00, but in the morning several times they came to check - maybe we were leaving earlier "as the others are arriving and we want to clean the place". We still left at exactly 12:00 as planned. But it left quite an uncomfortable feeling.

A lot of space

Humidity, coldness and a specific smell are felt in the premises. The rooms are dark and 30% of the lighting is not working. As it is arranged, washed, but it feels unclean. The description states that there is a discount for the guest at the water park, but it hasn't been since the start of Covid, maybe it's time to remove the misleading information. In principle, really spacious rooms would be convenient for a large company, but I would not choose such accommodation a second time.

It was the worst experience, I do not recommend it!

I can't say anything good

Let's start with the fact that hospitality is very poor. We did not receive any information on where to come to pick up the keys. No one is interested in when people will arrive, I wrote it myself and did not receive any response. When we arrived at the address, we called to have someone meet us. When the person in charge came, he started to explain that we arrive at wrong address, that we live in another place, although we arrived at the reservation address. He send us to another location which did not match our reservation. nobody contacted us when we were leaving and didn't even explain where to leave the keys. Cleanliness was very lacking everywhere, especially in the bathroom. I didn't want to take a shower because I could see the hair of the people who lived before!

When we came, house was under construction, there were plenty construction rubbish, entry of the our apartment was like “ninja course”. One bed was with spirals, very uncomfortable. Radiators of the house weren’t working, when we called owner to turn them on, he said “its summer” even tho there were raining outside and people were dressed in jackets. We slept with clothes on. I want some sore of refund.
