Our stay in this apartment was truly enjoyable. The place is brand-new, with a beautiful designer renovation and all-new furniture. The bathroom fixtures were modern and elegant, adding a touch of luxury.
What really stood out were the details – upon entering the building, we were greeted by fresh flowers and a pleasant scent, which immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. The check-in instructions were clear, and communication with the host was smooth and transparent.
We also appreciated the welcome touches such as coffee capsules and bottled water, which made our arrival even more pleasant.
The area around the apartment is well-maintained, with a parking space available and a lake nearby, perfect for a relaxing walk.

Komfortowy apartament z tarasem, z którego rozpościera się widok na jezioro. Przestronne pomieszczenia, czysto i nowocześnie. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony do przygotowania posiłków. Na dole restauracja tatarska z pysznym jedzeniem. Parking, blisko do centrum.

All in the apartment was new and not used much yet. (But everything is quite cheap, poor quality and impractical.) The restaurant is in the same building, so you can eat easily and fast without the need for searching a place to have food (the food and its quality is discutable).
Not for long stays, especially with children. The floor was quite dirty in the whole apartment (our white socks were grey after one day of wearing). Not enough tablets for dishwasher (2 tablets for 3-night stay). Taking the shower is uncomfortable because water is everywhere on the floor then. There is no possibility to turn on heating in the bathroom and water on the floor after taking the shower does not dry during the night. There are too many different insects in the apartment (there were already several dead insects on the floor on our arrival, see attached photo) and there are no mosquitoe nets on windows. Parking is strange, there are quite a lot of parking slots (based on our thinking, the apartment house does not have its own parking slots), but typically on the weekends it is full of cars of restaurant guests or other visitors, but not visitors of the apartment house - we spent 15-20 minutes to park our car nearby because parking was full. When we were booking an apartment, it was said “with the lake view”, reality is that you see only big trees (see attached photo). And finally, the code to enter the apartment is quite strange, it does not seem different for each guest and is easy to guess codes of other apartment rooms. As there is no option to lock the door from inside, we did not feel safe in the room.
