Apartamenty nad Zalewem ARKADIA w Suwałkach

Clean and big apartment. I stayed in two different apartments and they were both clean and well equipped. Service was great. I told the manager that the coffee machien doesn’t work and she replaced it in hours!

In the first apartment there was a bathtub and the hander of the shower head is close to the bathtub! One had to take the shower head in hand when showering and there was no shower curtains. So it was tricky not to make the floor wet.

Piękne, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie w spokojnej okolicy, bardzo blisko zalewu - przyjemny teren spacerowy, a przy tym niedaleko centrum, Życzliwa właścicielka, wszystko odbyło się bez problemu. W tym samym budynku bardzo dobra restauracja. Pobyt był niezwykle udany - z przyjemnością tu wrócimy :)

Część klatki schodowej była nieoświetlona, więc kiedy wracaliśmy wieczorem, czuliśmy się trochę nieswojo ;)

All in the apartment was new and not used much yet. (But everything is quite cheap, poor quality and impractical.) The restaurant is in the same building, so you can eat easily and fast without the need for searching a place to have food (the food and its quality is discutable).

Not for long stays, especially with children. The floor was quite dirty in the whole apartment (our white socks were grey after one day of wearing). Not enough tablets for dishwasher (2 tablets for 3-night stay). Taking the shower is uncomfortable because water is everywhere on the floor then. There is no possibility to turn on heating in the bathroom and water on the floor after taking the shower does not dry during the night. There are too many different insects in the apartment (there were already several dead insects on the floor on our arrival, see attached photo) and there are no mosquitoe nets on windows. Parking is strange, there are quite a lot of parking slots (based on our thinking, the apartment house does not have its own parking slots), but typically on the weekends it is full of cars of restaurant guests or other visitors, but not visitors of the apartment house - we spent 15-20 minutes to park our car nearby because parking was full. When we were booking an apartment, it was said “with the lake view”, reality is that you see only big trees (see attached photo). And finally, the code to enter the apartment is quite strange, it does not seem different for each guest and is easy to guess codes of other apartment rooms. As there is no option to lock the door from inside, we did not feel safe in the room.
