Great communication and quick help from the host, but the apartment issues and lack of privacy affected the comfort. May

We had serious problems with first flat, but the location of the second apartment was very good and in the city centre. The host was responsive and helpful, they replied quickly on Booking, provided a phone number, and came fast when there was a problem. They were polite and kind, and the new apartment was clean and everything worked well there.

In the first apartment, the boiler started leaking by itself while my mom was staying there. Also, the address of the first apartment didn’t match the one provided and it was on the other side of the river, quite far from the city center. We had to move to another apartment late at night, which was stressful. In the second apartment, the bathroom/toilet had a glass door and glass wall and it was directly opposite the bed. I was staying with my mom, so it felt uncomfortable and there was not enough privacy.

Very cozy small room in a well located building.

Easy to get in, nice amenities, close to everything, and very comfortable bed.

The sockets and lamps next to the bed did not work, or at least we didn’t manage to turn them on, and the pillows were a bit sad

Great place but needs maintenance

Very nice location and comfortable space , also the communication with the property was good.

The cleaning can improve, we found left over food from the previous guests in the fridge. The dining table needs changing and lots of the lights just didn’t function. With a bit better maintenance, it would be even more lovely!

Not so great as it looks

Good location, the room has a balcony.

When we entered the room i noticed that they didn't take the trash out.. also in the corner of the bed there was a spider with spiderwebs. Also, the pillows and duvet were paper thin. If you want a comfortable bed i don't recommend this place.

Very central

Maybe something was wrong with the airconditioning or something, but the air in the room had a smell of food if we didn’t open the door to the balcony. Not too bad, just a little.

Amazing

Everything was perfect. Very clean, very fancy looking, very spacious. I really liked it here. The location was very good too.

Nice short stay near downtown

We stayed there for 1 night. The property is self check in/out. The location is as described, easy to find, not far from the downtown. The accommodation is equipped as declared. The sleep was comfortable. Recommended for a short stay

Good location and access

Good location and easy access to accommodation, without intermediaries. Ideal for those traveling alone or as a couple.

The back entrance (outside the apartment) was very dirty and run down, right up to the apartment door. There were signs of someone going there to smoke frequently and the floor was littered with cigarette butts.

Okay but not worth the money

Good location, easy to find, clean

Firstly the apartments were so tiny(felt bigger in the pictures), the bed was very uncomfortable to climb to and the mattress was poor quality ,toilet seat was broken off so was the toilet paper holder, the big shower head was all rusty. TV was such bad quality felt like it was from the 90s. Netflix and youtube should work but didn’t, when asked the staff how to fix the issue I did not get a reply for the whole stay. Not to mention none complimentary tea or coffee was left in the room. I did not feel that I was taken care of as a guest for the money I paid.

Great location. Very comfortable bed. No noise from outside. Very simple check-in process.

Lights in the entrance hallway from the door on the street didn't come on until you walk forwards in the pitch black. Potentially a bit dangerous. I used the torch on my phone. The bedroom lights didn't work so slept with bathroom light on as walking down the steep stairs from the bed in pitch black was too dangerous. I could hear people above walking around quite loudly. Not an issue for me as I was very tired but could be annoying for a lighter sleeper.

Loft apartment.

The location of these apartments is amazing. I was able to pop back if I needed to grab a jacket or drop off some shopping with ease. It was very clean and tidy and perfect for my stay. Noted as previous comments that the hallway is not near the standard of the well renovated apartment but this can be common in parts of eastern Europe so I would not be put off by it. The area felt very safe, I walked alone at all times of the day and in the evening was not concerned. There are some maintenance issues I have reported to the owner which would be an easy resolve and potentially unknown if hadn't been mentioned before, main one being the lights above the bed did not work, slight issue as I had to climb the stairs and into the loft bed in the dark as the switch for the main light is downstairs. I have a bruised shin as a result from the bottom step! My main bug was the 'kitchenette' that was equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils but did not have a hob? What baffled me was there is an extraction fan and the utensils in the drawer were a tad greasy so had been used, but how? There is a sink and fridge with a small freezer compartment but no hob in the loft apartment so I would not class this as a kitchenette as no facilities for cooking. If I was staying for more than one night this would have been a problem. There are no issues with road noise in this apartment as it faces the rear courtyard, plus I did not note the road to be particularly busy anyway, I stayed on a weekend. However the walls are thin. If you have guests in other apartments that are noisy, you will hear them. Overall, location was fantastic and I would absolutely book to stay here again, I would just take note of the photos of the apartments and choose an apartment with cooking facilities that can be seen in the pictures.

Location, design

I got a message with one apartment Nr and code to open the door. When I came the code was not working for that door (and it seemed that someone was already staying in that apartment), so I had to walk around and try code on all doors. That was disappointing. Also the tiles in the bathroom were loose. Could fix that.

Location was great, quiet area. Very warm apartment. Everything was fine.

I have a few recommendations for improvement. The shower cabinet needs to be looked at as the water spills onto the floor. There was also some dust in the bathroom. Mattress not very comfortable and duvet set was also very crinkled.

The aparment cozy, clean, located in a good place, near old town. Perfect place for 1 or 2 persons. The check in was easy.

Almost perfect - room, location, price. Just a bad shower

Beautiful room, great view, great setup - loved that we could cook. Basically, there was everything we wanted in a night stay. Didn't expect that in such a cheap room.

As much as we loved the room, shower can't let us give it a perfect rating. It was partly broken and also overflew right away because of a very weird build - the shower area was elevated.

Location close to Vilnius Street in Old Town. Couch and bed comfortable.

Shower flooded bathroom floor. 3 coded doors to get through; if you forget phone in the room then there needs to be a backup plan. I.e way of contacting the host to get the codes.

It was cheap and the location couldn't have been better.

I read other reviews saying that entrance to the property is not the most beautiful one, but I was still shocked by the poor condition of the building. Fortunately the apartment itself looked much better, but then there was another flaw - for some reason, we had two sets of doors to our single-room apartment. We could only open one of them and behind the other one (which we were unable to open) was a stairway which seemed to be in an even worse condition than the one we used to get to the apartment. This made us feel a little bit unsafe.
