I would choose this place again next time.

Very convenient location, easy access and transportation. The area is quiet with no noise. The apartment had all the necessary essentials and everything was clean and tidy. I was satisfied with my stay.

My only small recommendation would be to provide fresh towels for guests who stay longer than a week. Everything else was perfect.

Good stay with some issues

The room was spacious with a kitchen available. The bed was comfortable and had no problem with parking. Check-in went smoothly without any issues.

The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, drawers were quite dirty with someone’s hair. In addition, the electricity went out 45 minutes before check-out and did not come back. There was no information provided and no apology afterwards, which was inconvenient as it interrupted some of our procedures.

The room was clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is excellent – close to the city center yet quiet and tranquil. Check-in went smoothly and communication with the host was quick and very friendly.

It was very hot during our stay and there was no air conditioning. I will consider the opportinty of ths option again when choosing this hotel.

Immaculate apartment

Clean and comfortable, a pleasure to stay there. Easy walk to the centre. I was pleased that my motorcycle could be parked right outside the window. I would love to stay again.

The noise from the road can sometimes be a nuisance but mostly it's fine.

It was very nice place to stay. Easy check-in. Free parking. Good price for value. They prepared the invoice as asked.

It would be nice if water and tea were available upon arrival. There is no coffee machine, only french press.

A nice clean and quiet house near the woods.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, private parking, accommodating staff and easy to get in via the key pads.

Pillows, everything would be excellent, but the pillows are incredibly small and hard, was imposible to sleep on them, very unconfortable. Have to be changed

Nice place close to City Center and still quite enough to get some rest.

Nice house and the rooms. Close to City Center. Dark curtains are big advantage. Room have all I needed. Easy check in.

Check could be at 12:00 but, not big issue here anyway. Nearest convenient shop is up to hil so it's not for everyone to walk to it ,again not the biggest issue.

A good place to stay in Kaunas

Everything was very good, the access and the location of the house is excellent. The room was compact but with all amenities. Everything was neat and clean and as an extra there was champagne. We will definitely come again.

Džiaugiamės pasirinkę šią apgyvendinimo įstaigą

Butukas jaukus, visko yra trumpai viešnagei (tik gal mažų taurelių dar galima būtų padėti, nes reikia gerti iš didelių:-) ), parkingas šalia, tik dabar užsnigtas gerokai, iki senamiesčio nueinama pėščiomis, netoli Aleksoto funikulierius+apžvalgos aikštelė. Rūsyje yra skalbimo mašinos, lygintuvas, lyginimo lenta, jei kam aktualu būnant ilgiau. Išsiregistruoti iki 11 val. Reikia nepramigti:-)

Vonioje tikrai reiktų mini lentynėlės, nes nėra kur pasidėti kosmetinės piniginės, tik ant žemės.

Apsigavome perskaitę gerus komentarus. Patiko tik, kad durys atsirakina su kodu.

Visų pirmiausia, labai slidūs laiptai prie įėjimo lauke, pabarstykite druska, nes teko labai skaudžiai paslysti. Trūko švaros, kėdės nutaškytos ir nudraskytos , dušo kraštai padengti pelėsiu ir dušas super mažas, jei žmogus platesnis, duše stovi kaip įstrigęs. Jei norite ramios ir tylios aplinkos, šių apartamentų rinktis nesiūlyčiau, sienos plonos ir girdisi menkiausias kaimynų garsas, dėl kaimynų keliamo triukšmo nepavyko užmigti iki 1 nakties.. maža to, kondicionierius, pakabintas iš miegamojo kambario lauko pusės, ūžė puse nakties. Trumpai tariant - biudžetinis variantas vienai nakčiai, ne daugiau.

Schody prowadzące na górne piętro są dość wąskie, ciężko wnieść walizki pod górę. Na korytarzu było czuć zapach prania, które nie zdazylo wyschnąć.

V kuchyni by mohla být k dispozici utěrka na nádobí. Pokyny pro check-in by mohly být v angličtině (nejen v litevštině).

Patogi lova, bute buvo viskas, ko reikia.

Įėjus į kambarį nebuvo oro, visi kambariai pritroškę. Langai uždaryti, patalpos nebuvo išvėdintos. Bet didžiausias nusivylimas buvo rankšluosčiai- jie jau nebetinkami naudojimui. Smirdi. Ir net labai. Visi keturi. Meskite juos lauk. Pati lokacija prie pat kelio, bet mašinų buvo nedaug, tačiau prasidarius langą ramybės nebuvo vis tiek. Labai prasta sienų izoliacija, virš mūsų naktį girdėjosi kaimynų balsai, televizorius, žingsniai, tad labai prastai išsimiegojome.

Jaukus kambarys, gera lokacija, švaru, yra parkingas. Apsistojau du kartus ir tikėtina, kad visi kiti apsilankymai Kaune bus irgi čia.

Nėra rūkymo zonos, tai jei po langais rūkydavo, tekdavo užsidaryti langą (pirmas aukštas). Bet iš dviejų kartu taip buvo tik vieną, todėl kaip kam papuls.

Ótima localização - pequenos ajustes ficará ainda melhor

A máquina de lavar e de secar funcionam muito bem. Sentimos falta do sabão para a máquina, pois um sabão errado pode danifica-la. Cozinha funciona bem, talvez incluir modo de usar para o fogão de indução, principalmente para hóspedes que não conhecem tal fogão. Amplo e mesas de apoio em tamanho conveniente.

O wifi não pega de jeito nenhum no quarto 3, tivemos de ficar com a porta aberta ou sentar na escada do hall para podermos conectar. Sugestão: incluir modo de usara na máquina de lavar, secar e fogão de indução, pois pode variar de modelo a melhor forma de uso.
