Terrible service! Will not recommend!

There were lots of things I can’t even begin to count.! All Airbnbs I have seen checks in by 3pm, she said there’s their checking was 4pm . The staff/manager was so rude even after u called and explained my situation to her requesting to to check in earlier.. she said”her cleaners and not robots” and I don’t know what warranted that. Went for an event that brought me to Kaunas and came back and couldn’t assess the apartment, called several times and no response, had to call the police to be able to get into the apartment.

Standards have dropped since our last visit

Good location near the Old Town, with plenty of parking space and air conditioning in both rooms

This is our second stay here, but unlike a year ago, the experience was completely different. This time we booked an even bigger room, yet it was not clean and everything seemed to be falling apart. The coffee machine was not working, the heated towel rack had been removed from the bathroom, the skirting boards came off the wall at the slightest touch, and the bedding did not feel freshly laundered

The apartment is modern and has everything you may need during your stay.

Apartment definitely wasn't clean. Cobwebs, towels were definitely not clean, as soon as I used it, it had really unpleasant smell as if it was washed, but not very well. Coach also had stains all over it. One shower head was barely holding. Also, when you just step into the building, there is strong mold/damp smell, as well as rubbish/random things like beer cans, glasses laying around.

Modern, comfy, quiet stay!

Great location, quiet but not too far out of everything. Great self check-in process. Everything was explained and easy to use. Nice, comfortable rooms with coffee machine. No problems with parking. Also loved the TV with all possible apps like youtube, netflix and disney.

Towels didn’t look very fresh. But everything else was clean and in great shape.

Labai puiku!

Butas jaukus, miegamos vietos patogios. Pasirūpinta smulkiausiais dalykais, nuo rankšluoščių iki cukraus. Puikūs vaizdai pro langą, o rytinė kava balkone girdint paukščius- nuteikia maloniai dienai. Grįšim dar ir dar!

Vienintelis dalykas kas šiek tiek erzino, tualeto durys, bet čia tikrai ne tas dalykas dėl ko reiktų sukti galvą.

Не скажу, что это шикарный вариант , но и плохого нет.

Квартира в новом доме, кровать с удобным матрасом, для нас это очень важно было.заезд удобный, бесконтактный, для нас это было идеально, так как заехали поздно ночью.

Душ не продуман, вода действительно попадает на пол , как было написано, в ранее мной прочитанных комментариях. Половой тряпки не нашла, пришлось бросить полотенце. Белье и полотенца имели запах сырости, но и с этим можно прожить. Апартаменты находились через мост от города, так что не ждите в округе много кафешек и магазинов.
