Good quiet location and cheap price
Issues with alarm entry code on two ocassions. One ocassion was at 1.15am and was told that there was nothing they could do and telling me to get a room somewhere else for the night. Then put the phone down on me!
Had to purchase my own toilet paper.
Only two tiny hand towels available.
Woken up early one morning by the builders working on site.
