A perfect stay

Will be staying again

It was spacious, clean and great decor. The apartment was always warm which was perfect after coming in from the cold. Heated towels and bathroom was super clean and plenty of hot water. Private parking was right outside Instructions to access apartment was clear and easy, and the host couldn’t have been nicer. I would recommend the stay Oh and the bed was super comfortable and hard to leave :)

Perfect location near city centre, will book again!

Property is located near city centre, just a short walk away. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment and cleaning products you would need. Bathroom has a wash/drier, very convenient when traveling. (No washing products provided, would advice to pop to a local supermarket)

Bathroom emits a smell and tend to linger in the room if bathroom door isn’t closed, but I’ve noticed that most places I’ve stayed this seem to be a problem everywhere. Bathroom ventilation does not seem to work as well as the lights in the mirror, it would flash a few times but never worked properly.

Disappointed.

Good location, comfy couch, good tv. Thats where all positive things about this place end.

Dirty mugs, no sugar, no shampoo or shower gel. Lack of towels, uncomfortable toilet, bathroom fan not working. No dining table, the kettle was not functioning properly. Cobwebs around the bed and tv, pillows felt very cheap and uncomfortable to sleep on. They ask 10euros per extra hour of stay. Out of all places i have booked for the price - this has been the worst one. There are much better places to stay at for lower price during and off travel seasons.

Great stay overall, but the poor customer service was a major letdown.

- Disappointing customer service We asked for two sets of bed sheets in advance and were promised they’d be provided. Upon arrival, only one set was there. When we contacted customer support, they acted as if no such promise had ever been made, brushing us off without so much as a hint of responsibility or willingness to help. Yes, mistakes happen. But what truly left a bitter taste was the cold indifference. There was no apology, no effort to understand or make it right, just dismissiveness and avoidance.

Amazing Location

Cozy pet friendly apartment on a private courtyard. It's quiet for sleep, but super close to the local high street for action. Parking secure, can see the car from the balcony. Beautifully decorated, perfect for short stay!

Great stay at Retro Studio

My sister's and I stay at the Retro Studio in Old Town, Kaunas was great. The location is in quite residential setting but yet the property is very close to all amenities. I really like the interior design, it shows that the owner has spent time and money to bring the studio to the higher standard. It had everything we needed and most of all it has a comfortable bed.

Everything was good apart from blocked bath and toilet was blocked after few days too but the owner said they will get on to plumber to get this issue resolved. Property was clean but I did dust the bed frame, lamp shade and a few other places to have it perfect. Other than a few minor issues mentioned above, our stay at this property was great and I would definitely come back.

the property itself was nice, cozy, we really enjoyed the stay. the location is perfect.

I was charged more than I expected, I have proof of that and this issue hopefully will be resolved by booking. If not, I will be very dissapointed

Kartočiau tik kainos atžvilgiu.

Patiko tai, jog centras prie pat, susiekimas su parduotuvem, su rajonais labai patogus. Butas šeip sau, kaip už tokia kaina, geriau ir nesitikėjau.

Nepatiko jog turėjom laukti 1,30h kol sutvarkys buta, nors atvažiavom žymiai vėliau nei nurodžiau kad atvyksim. Tuoaletas leido vandeni, visas tuoaletas plauke, vaiku darželis prie pat, pirmadieni nuo pat ryto vaikai rėkauja palei langus, nuo pačio ryto važinėja visokios technikos.

Świetna lokalizacja, tuż przy głównej ulicy Starego Miasta, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, naczynia, sztućce, lodowka, czajnik, płyta grzewcza, choć moglaby być jeszcze mikrofalowka. Self check-in, parking

Brak w pokoju info o haśle do WiFi, w toalecie papier należy wrzucać do kosza, bo inaczej toaleta się zatka, bardzo ciemno, brak umywalkii. Brak informacji o remoncie drogi co spowodowało brak parkowania w wyznaczonym miejscu. Informacje o zasadach rezerwacji otrzymane po przyjeździe a nie po dokonaniu rezerwacji - nie przeszkadzało by mi to ale są totalnie różne od tego co w opisie na booking, oferta bezzwrotna. Dodatkowo płatny podatek nie ujęty w cenie.
