Superb

Easy parking. Equipped, clean and modern apartment. A beautiful city with lots of possibilities.

It could use a few minor fixes. The kettle is leaking. There are broken springs in the couch. There are few dishes and cutlery.

Do'nt stay if you have other options.

24/7 access is good.

The apartment is located next to a fast food restaurant. A lot of noise. Drunk people sing and shout at night. Not just 5 minutes but hours. No public order at all. There were 4 of us. 2 bed sheets and towels were missing. Sofa was broken. SMS was not even responded to. NO AC inside, outside was 30 C.

In general, all are good... perfect location just walking distance to several attractions.

The location is very good, close to a lot of restaurants, shops and attractions. The place on arrival had very good instructions how to get in and how to park the car in the secure car park. Was easy to take the keys and to find a very good looking and clean apartment.

I guess needs to upgrade the cookery because the pots and pans provided doesn't work with the current induction hob, not compatible, so we had to get our own. There should be an electric fan for summer time. It was very hot so we had to buy our own electric fan as we had to stay for 10 days and it was really hot the whole time.

it really needs a deep clean and bedding renewal as well as new sofa-bed

it was so dirty, sofa-bed stained, smelly and broken, all the cutlery and pots sticky, smell of cigarettes ( although it says non smoking), bed linen was old and pillows non existent, duvets had stains, there were spiders and moth too. it’s too light to sleep in a living room, with non black out blinds, luckily we had ours for kids to put in a bedroom.

There was no hot water during all our stay which made it very uncomfortable. The hosts should have informed us about the water issue, but they did not tell us anything until we arrived and noticed ourselves. The neighbour told us that there was a water issue even 24 hour before our stay. This made our stay very unpleasant.

Good

- It was easy to access apartment and find a parking space. - Apartment is very bright and warm. - Heating can be regulated to your taste. - Good location - on the side of old town, near the river. - Secure access to parking lot and building.

- It was very hot inside. We lowered thermostats, opened windows (for a short time, can't keep them open for entire night - there is a MC Donalds drive-in near by, too much noise), but system has too much inertia (floor heating), so we had quite hot night (but we pretended that we are on vacation in Turkey ;) ). - On first look apartment looks very comfy, bright and new. On second you will see damaged table top, cheap Ikea furniture, broken picture frame above main bed, rattling closet doors. - We had some difficulties with transforming sofa to a bed - it doesn't become flat. We couldn't believe our eyes that this is impossible. We called to a contact phone number, woman said that she can't help us with a bed by the phone, but bed should be able to become flat. Believe me it doesn't. For small (short) kids it will be OK, but for grown ups the sleep on that sofa will be disaster. - We came in 4 persons, apartment had only 2 blankets. Big ones, but not everyone likes (or just able) to share blanket. - In Q/A section I saw information that apartment is on second floor. It is correct for Americans probably, but in Europe (and in Lithuania) it is third floor (ground level is first floor, then there is a second floor and then - third). - Apartment Nr is 16 , but on apartment door you will find only "6", which doesn't help you to find right apartment quicker when you have climbed on third floor with all the luggage. - Despite all my whining here - it was a great adventure for our family ;)

Unfortunately being so close to McDonald’s meant that on the weekends there was a lot of noise. would suggest taking ear plugs for anyone staying

Disappointing

When I booked this apartment I asked is it possible to get extra pillows as I was having surgery but when I got out of hospital there was only 4 pillows for myself, partner and little boy so I phone them which I was told I would get some sent out but never came with them. I then phoned a further 3 times explaining why I needed them that I had just had surgery but again never sent them out. I had to used our bags covers and towels to try prop myself up when sleeping and used our bags with blankets over them for under my legs. also the dishwasher was full of dishes and a burnt pot still inside when we arrived. it was the worst uncomfortable place I have ever stayed. at one point we had enough and my partner was trying to find somewhere else to go and stay.

Good location

Noisy at night. The McDonald spot is very busy and you can hear other people through the walls. It was refreshed but not clean (eg, there was huge spider net full of other insects). The building itself was a cheap construction. the button to open building’s door got broken over the night so had to connect wires to the button to be able to get outside….

Nice & cosy

It’s very sunny and bright. The apartment has everything you need. I like that there is closet space as well as a lovely balcony.

The frame of the print/painting needs some fixing but this obviously didn’t affect our stay at all.
