Beautiful apartment super cosy and spacious

Everything. The apartment was so homely, cosy, very large apartment, has everything you need washer, dishwasher, cooker ect, the location is perfect the window was my TV so pretty outside with the trees lit up and the snow and people watching. The only thing that I was disappointed in was no Netflix on the TV.

Cosy apartment in city centre

Very clean apartment, with the best location. All you need for a great stay in city centre of beautiful Kaunas. The hosts made it very easy at the arrival to get in the property. Also warm and cozy in the winter. Great bathroom with heated flooring and fantastic shower! It was an excellent stay, I would definitely come back there again. Great value for money.

Loved the central location, it was close to everything! Also, easy self check-in & out, very clean, cute and warm, owner's immediate response to our questions.

Could use more sheets/towels, and very low lighting in the kitchen area. Not a lot of negative things to mention. Overall we are very happy with our stay and plan to return in the future.

Perfect for a weeks stay. Everything we needed was there.

The apartment was right on the main street with easy access to shops, restaurants and buses. If you are here for surgery there are plenty of pillows. Dishwasher etc. up a couple of small flights of stairs so ok for top half surgery.

Liked everything about it. There is a small amount of noise from the construction site but nothing major.

Perfect place to recover from my surgery.

This apartment was perfect , right in the centre of town, close to bars restaurants and shops, the host was quick to respond to any questions I had, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

We couldn't find any light switch for the under cabinet lighting in the kitchen, other than that we loved it, thank you.

Would recommend and stay again

Would recommend and stay again. Fantastic location - lots of shopping and restaurants on door step and Kaunus is very pretty, Apartment 2 is very spacious with separate spaces which we appreciated - view is to the rear overlooking car parks and the building site. Host was responsive. There is a large building site currently next door but must say any noise didn’t bother us during our stay. Straight forward to collect keys and doors were easy to use, felt safe and secure. I was recovering from an operation so spent a lot of time in the apartment and was glad for its comforts. There are a couple of flights of stairs to the apartment but they are wide and shallow with a bannister and even after an operation found them easy to go up and down. There is an honesty box for refilling dishwasher and washing machine tablets which we liked as saved having to buy a big box ourselves for a short stay.

Just a couple of minor things - a tea towel would be useful and more bin bags for guests staying longer. The apartment was a pleasant temperature mostly but on occasion I would have liked to have had the control to turn it up to dry clothes quicker for example and in those instances you have to contact the host.

Recommend very comfortable

Location ideal Comfortable plenty of space and bedding and sofa very comfy

Was not prewarned about building work right next door had banging and drilling from 7am-9pm some days. Host was alerted I was going to be recovering from surgery so this was not ideal. Was advised cleaning would be done once during stay but it wasn't done. Heating would go off at night so asked to have it left on told there was a problem with radiators and use the electric heater which did maintain the warmth.

Great location, comfortable apartment

I liked everything, but if to be picky, would be good if the property would be checked before arrival of a guest, as there were issues with the heating and would prefer all the appliances plugged in rather than me moving sofa and looking where to plug it in. Also, basic like coffee and sugar should be provided without any additional charges. Thank you!

following the address each taxi driver kept taking me to the wrong location and being a lone female that wasn’t great . I belive there was a car park for the building that is no more hence not being taken to correct location . Staying for 2 weeks so would have liked direct access to a large bin during my stay Was loud Friday and Saturday night did not bother me in the slightest however some people may not want that

Comfortable stay on the main street

Everything matched the pictures, a small, but comfortable and clean apartment. The location is superb, as it is on the main street - full of shops and restaurants.

Currently construction of a shopping mall is happening next door, which was a bit inconvenient due to noise and no free parking available. One of the guests staying in another apartment next door woke us up at 2 am due to a forgotten entry code to the middle door. As out apartment was with a separate entry, he thought it was where the host was staying, so there should be some kind of sign that apartment 1 should not be disturbed. But it was not the fault of the host, rather the other guests.

Great wee apartment.

The host was very responsive, we needed a late check out and it was no problem at all. Internet was very good and the apartment was spotless.The apartment was ideally situated in Centro but the bus services are fantastic and I was able to get anywhere I needed to go. The small bar through the alley opposite, bar 49 does fantastic wings and sweet potato fries. Great stay and Lithuania was fabulous.

The property was great. Easily accessed, location in relation to the area great. Everything you need to cook etc.

There is significant building going on right next door, which starts at 7am till 4pm, which makes the building shake and the noise is constant. Whilst this is fine if you are out all day, it is not helpful of u are in the apartment.

Solo travelling to Kaunas, comfortable/safe stay.

Central location, easily accessible. Extremely comfy bed/sofa. Had everything you needed within the property. Modern and equipped. I was a lone traveller, I felt the building was safe and secure, check in was easy following the owners guide etc. apartment had shampoo/body wash and hair dryer, so that was ideal!

This is my second stay in the last year. The owners have upgraded the bed mattresses so they’re so super comfy now!! I just wish they would possibly get Netflix or similar streaming service on the tv. Also wasn’t informed that MAJOR building work was being done next door, starting at 7am until 5.30pm daily, and it also made the building shake!

Brilliant Apartment Kaunas Central

The apartment space is brilliant. Good big bedroom (no door). Cooker,oven,coffee machine,kettle,washing machine,hairdryer,fridge-freezer,dishwasher. Lovely apartment.Wish there was aircon and a toaster.Didnt get cleaned during my stay from 6th to 16th but it states you get 1 clean. * Also the only fault is there was a nightclub or something a few doors down and I didn't get any sleep for 3 nights. Music blasting until way past 3:30am

Excellent location. The apartment was lovely decorated, spacious and bright. Had all the amenities needed (such as dishwasher, washing machine, pans, microwave, etc.)

Parking is difficult to find and once you do, there are no signs that's actually it. Then, you end up calling the host to double check. Some sign would solve such issue. 🙂

Brilliant Apartment

Apartment is big, plenty of room. Host could easily fit another bed in the bedroom. Everything you need from washing machine,iron,ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, hairdryer,coffee machine, kettle,etc * perfect and secure and location A++++

* only thing I wish there was air-conditioning but there was a fan. However if someone sleeping on sofa-bed and someone in bedroom ideally you would need a second fan. Also pity the curtains are not wider and black-out or lined. Blinds would be better.

Constant very loud noise coming from construction in adjacent building that will last for months!

The apartment itself is lovely, and if there hadn't been constant construction noise noise twelve hours a day in the adjacent building it would have been great! Unfortunately there was very loud noise 12 hours a day! The host knows but does not make you aware! The issue will last months apparently!

The noise coming from the construction site next door was unbearable. It starts at 07:00 and stops at 19:00! The host knew about it but didn't make me aware. It is an ongoing issue that will last months apparently! The noise is very loud - drilling and banging - shaking the whole apartment - even the walls are starting to crack! Also the parking instructions are completely wrong - if you follow them you will risk damaging your car. When you eventually find the car park, it is not secure and someone will leave a message on your car asking why you are parking there! Very bad. Poor host!
