Excellent Value for Money and Location but would need Improvements to Stay Again.

The location is absolutely brilliant, supermarket directly across the street and a bus stop outside no doubt about that and value for money was excellent.

Well, I was not notified about no flushing toilet paper until the check in codes were revealed, I thought this was a language translation gone wrong, meaning paper and tampons etc, toilet paper needs to be flushable, I felt like we needed to go to the pet store and buy dog walking poop plastic bags. In all my world travels have never seen this. I was shocked, and if it had been mentioned in the online advertisement under apartment policies I would have never booked. This was misleading advertising. I've attached pictures of the no toilet paper flushing policy on the bathroom door and in the access email, the broken coat rack inside the front door and no mirror in the entry area, and the shower did not drain properly and flooded out to the bathroom floor, further I did not like the fact that there was no handrail on the stairs, I'm not a completely old man, but I do like the security of a handrail especially when you are carrying suitcases and in the winter snow when floors and shoes can be slippery and wet.

Cozy place in Kaunas: recommend!

It was very cozy house and enjoyable stay. It had also balcony, we couldn't really enjoy it because of the weather, but it was super nice. Also it was well equipped. And the position was very close to the city center. The price for 2 was extremely good!

I have only one small small note that can be fixed easily: the shower doesn't drain super good I think it gets clogged and it leaks next to the toilet (the part in which there's glass) other than that nope perfect!

One night stop over in Kaunas

The shower was a disaster. Water spelt all over the bathroom floor. Was the worst I ever encountered.

Very expensive choice for very cheap experience

Good location, clean

- No hot water in the bathroom (suspected issue with boiler, image attached) - Shower leaks and floods the bathroom floor - part of mattress is worn out (I am small person) - broken and not working freezer: meant I had stressful situation to deal with keeping cold my medication

Human was nice, let me earlier

It was so dirty, smelled like cigarettes and sweat. Tried to eat but cutlery was all dirty, drawers dirty as well, was pretty cold and bet was in the middle of the mattress a hole so you dig into. No heating. When I said about mess that in bed was a lot of human hair, person said they will bring someone to clean, but I was in the meeting and said I cant let anyone now, so person still came, and I couldn’t let them inside. I saw bed bugs in the night, so chose to leave for other hotel

Location is amazing. Just 5 min walk from Žalgirio Arena and even less to the Laisvės avenue

The shower could have the doors so it wouldnt be wet outside of it. Boiler is pretty smaller so turn it on on maximum and dont stay too long if you want also your partner to have hot water

The entrance door is terrible.Even more stupid is entrance through the door. I don't understand why door code are sent if you can't unlock the door with that code until you confirm again online that it's you 🙈There is no reception and if you can't provide confirmation you will be left without a hotel🙈🙉

I am not happy about my stay there and the money I paid for that

It was near the city center.

I had reported some issues during my stay, but unfortunately I haven’t received any response (it seems they ignored). The issues were the following: 1- The balcony was not usable, although the description mentioned a monolocale with balcony. 2- The balcony door was difficult to close after opening and they didn’t sound proof 3- The window glass were completely dirty 4- There was full of dust under the bed 5- The mattress was curved toward the center and seemed damaged. 6- There was a rumor always from the toilet 7- The shower drain was clogged.

Great location, spotless, great hosts.

Fab location. Bright and clean. Had everything I needed. Host very helpful when Google maps brought me to the wrong place.

Unfortunately the bed needs urgent attention. It’s broken on one side, luckily I was only one person but could have been uncomfortable for 2. Other than that I would happily stay here again.

Nice apartment but lousy uncomfortable bed - Apartment 1

Modern, clean, neat, convenient

I stayed in Apartment 1 and its bed has VERY BAD SPRINGS - completely unusable as it was extremely uncomfortable and due for change. No floor mat was provided for bathroom and water leaked from the shower all over the floor.

Iš esmės kokybės ir kainos santykis yra geras.

Apsistojome kambaryje nr. 1 Vieta tikrai gera, centre. Pats butas gražiai atrodo, pakankamai švarus, jaukiai įrengtas, yra prausimosi priemonių, rankšluosčiai.

Deja labai nemalonu buvo, vos įėjus į butą, tualete rasti pilną šiukšliadėžę po buvusių gyventojų. Taip pat vonios durų rankena kažkuo buvo ištepliota. Bet tikiu, kad šie nepatogumai atsitiktinumas. Iš esmės butas buvo švarus. Lova išgulėta, vis rideniesi į lovos vidurį, tokia kaip duobė viduryje, trikdo miegą. Antklodė viena dviems asmenims, ne itin patogu. Patalų užvalkalai buvo švarūs, bet skylėti. Skylių buvo paklodės šonuose ir prie pagalvių užvalkalų užtrauktukų, visai nemažų. Prausiantis duše, vanduo nespėja subėgti ir dušas ima tvinti. Pasigedome plaukų džiovintuvo.

Idealne na krótki pobyt.

Najpotrzebniejsze przybory do gotowania. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Kosmetyki do kąpieli oraz telewizor z dostępem do internetu.

Nie można spłukiwać papieru w toalecie. Trochę brudna pościel. Przydałby się wieszak na kurtki. Brak lampki i szafki przy łóżku.

Trūksta didelio veidrodžio, pakaba paltams kabinti vos laikosi, pakabinti rūbo neišeina nes krenta. Taisyklėse parašyta , kad apartamentus reikia palikti iki 11.00 val. valytoja jau pradėjo lįsti į kambarį 10.00 val . Tai būtų gerai, kad laikytųsi taisyklių ir kambaryje reikėtų turėti kažką ką galima apkabinti už durų kad dar žmonės ne išvyko, kadangi duris atidaro su kodu spina, tai iš vidaus uždaryti negalima 😞

Purvina patalyne, plaukai, rankšluosčiai pagyvene... Kanalizacijos mechanizmas labai garsiai dirba tiek kambaryje, tiek pas kaimynus.. nera sildomu grindu ir el. Gyvatuko vonioje... Ventiliatoriaus vonioje nera.. radiatoriai uzsukti, mazai sildo..

Buona posizione, da migliorare la pulizia

posizione ottima, vicinissima alla strada pedonale Laisves Aleja. La stanza è piccolina ma comunque va bene per un breve soggiorno. E' dotata di un piccolo angolo cottura ma che noi non abbiamo utilizzato a parte il frigorifero. Proprio davanti al portone d'ingresso c'è la fermata del bus 29 che collega il centro città all'aeroporto di Kaunas. L'accesso all'appartamento è tutto tramite codici che mi sono stati consegnati facilmente dal gestore, tutto molto semplice.

Da migliorare la pulizia, in quanto le lenzuola non erano pulitissime e abbiamo trovato anche quale capello vicino al letto. Consiglio di prestare maggiore attenzione alle pulizie.

Kambarys tvarkingas, pačiame centre. Lengva patekti naudojant kodus.

Kambaryje buvo nuolat girdimas šalutinis garsas, kažkas panašaus, kaip vandens pumpa, ar dulkių siurblys už sienos. Labai keista. Nors ir buvo televizorius, bet jis nieko nerodo. Greitai baigėsi šiltas vanduo.

Nepriekaištinga švara,pats miesto centras.Tiesa,teko gyventi kitame,mažesniame kambaryje,nes užsakytame buvo užkimštas klozetas. Savininkai pasiūlė kompensaciją už patirtus nepatogumus- ačiū jiems. Labai aiškios įsiregistravimo instrukcijos - viską radau paprastai ir greitai. Langai buvo į kiemo pusę,tad nesigirdėjo triukšmo iš gatvės. Lova labai patogi, patalynė švari. Mini Virtuvėlėje yra ir šaldytuvas, viryklė, puodas, keptuvė, puodeliai, įrankiai .

Atkreipiu dėmesį,kad vertinu kitus apartamentus,o ne tuos,kurie pavaizduoti nuotraukoje. 5 numerio apartamentai nors ir jaukūs,bet akis bado keisti projektiniai sprendimai : 1)vonios kambario langas nebuvo matinio stiklo, todėl matosi visa kiemo panorama. Langui reikia matinės plėvelės ar kitų sprendimų,kad būtų daugiau privatumo.2) vonios kambarys yra atskirtas stiklo siena. Manau,bent iki pusės turėjo būti matinė spalva,o ne permatoma. 3) Duše gerai nesusigeria vanduo, todėl vandens srovė turi būt gerokai silpnesnė,nes kitu atveju viskas tekės ant grindų. 4) trūko oro kondicionieriaus

La habitación está en pleno centro y el autobús al aeropuerto sale de la misma puerta de la calle. La cama es increíblemente cómoda, todo está nuevo y perfectamente limpio y con las ventanas cerradas es muy silencioso.
