Great location for a short stay

Property was very affordable and great location. Exactly what we needed for late night flight. The contactless check in was amazing and explained everything really easy.

The property could have done with a hoover and a wipe down. We found a fair bit of hair and dust in the room.

Very lovely apartment to have stayed in, the fact you can self-check-in at any point is excellent.

It's in a good location right next to the River and McDonalds, it is only a short walk to get to the Centre of Kaunas and Old Town from here. The accommodation was very clean, tidy and in good repair, the apartment is decorated to a nice modern standard. The apartment includes a Fridge, Kitchen, Cooking facilities and all the necessary utensils, perfect for someone who wishes to self-cater.

The heater was set to one temperature, the air-conditioning didn't have a heater setting so I just ran it on Air-Conditioning mode at a higher temperature to account for this. The flat was on the 2nd floor of the building, not an issue for me, just something to be aware of.

Stayed for one night. The hallway has a terrible smell, the smell of psoriasis. The bathroom also has a smell and is always damp. The noise from the avenue is very loud.

Clean studio in good location

Good location near the old town. Nice to have a washer and dryer. New and modern Renovation.

There was no coffee press. It is a small space but that was expected. There was no curtain on one window. The curtain on the other window did not keep out the light making it difficult to sleep.

Good location, clean

In the morning, there was no hot water, supposedly due to maintenance work. However, according to the standard procedure for such works, all residents must be notified in advance — which was not the case. The host did not inform me beforehand and did not offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Perfect for a short stay

Easy to enter and good location. Furniture looks good and modern. Its perfect for a short stay in which you just need to sleep and have a shower.

Some details about cleaning, lack of lid of the toilet and shower not closing good (water leaving easily and making the floor wet). Details easy to improve.

Wouldn’t come back

I liked the location of the property.

We ran into some issues while checking in. In the message sent by the property we got the wrong room number and door code. We walked in the room and there was another girl there. Issue was resolved but we made the other girl uncomfortable since she was in her pyjamas. Also in the room there were tiny pieces of glass near the bed, we stepped on it by accident.

Bliska lokalizacja do centrum Miasta. Dostepnosc lokalu po przeslanych kodach dostepu. Duze i wygodne lozko, w lokalu jest wszystko, czego potrzeba na krotkim wyjezdzie.

Parking dostepny, lecz niestety platny. Klatka schodowa wymaga remontu. Pokoj troche maly, slychac halas uliczny z ruchliwej drogi obok bloku.

Не плохая локация, хорошо работал интернет

Ужасно воняет в тамбуре, 4 квартиры за одной дверью, напоминает коммунальную квартиру. Девочки которые убирают - выставляют каждый день мусор на коридор, запах ужасный, они все время ходят возле двери, а в день выезда открыли мою дверь своим ключом и зашли утром в квартиру пока я принимала душ! Отвратительные отношения после проживания! Не рекомендую никому!

Apartamento cómodo para estancia corta en Kaunas

Apartamento muy bonito, elegante y cómodo. Muy buena ubicación para salir a dar paseos por Kaunas. La cocina propia, el aire acondicionado y el baño cómodo se agradecen mucho.

La limpieza. El apartamento estaba limpio pero había una gran cantidad de arañas, por lo que tuvimos que estar un rato limpiando para deshacernos de ellas. Si se controla este problema, está todo genial.

Lokal jest nowocześnie urządzony. W dobrej lokalizacji, blisko rzeki Niemen :)

Żeby wejść do lokalu, to należy wstukać aż 3 kody. W praktyce na ulicach okolicznych nie ma miejsca wolnego do parkowania, ale jest opcja parkowania na parkingu w pobliżu za 1 euro za godzinę. Lokal jest dość ciasny. Łóżko z bardzo twardym materacem.

Veramente comodo un bellissimo weekend

Struttura vicino al centro e vicino ai mezzi pubblici, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Facilissimo accedere All’appartamento. Dall’aeroporto abbiamo preso il bus 29 che ci ha portato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Imparando qualche scorciatoia arrivi al Centro anche in meno di 5 minuti. Ristoranti vicini, market vicino, il Mc Donald sta a 100 metri. Il lungo fiume è praticamente difronte. Per tornare in aeroporto la fermata del n.29 stava proprio nella traversa parallela alla struttura. Muovetevi con i bus che arrivate ovunque e con solo 1€! Noi ci siamo trovati veramente bene la consiglio!

Se devo trovare una pecca allora direi: Un tappeto per il bagno in quanto quando si fa la doccia esce tutta l’acqua a terra, noi abbiamo sacrificato uno degli asciugamani. Poi la carta igienica veramente molto poca. Sarebbe starai bello trovare una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo. La zona inizialmente di sera ci sembrava un po’ desolata. La cosa che secondo me è più d’impatto è la totale trascuratezza dell’edificio, scale sporche e veramente molto fatiscenti, poi apri la porta della tua struttura ed entri in tutto un’ altro mondo. Magari mettersi d’accordo con gli alti condomini per una pulizia del vano scale.

Central lägenhet som har allt. Nyrenoverat och fräscht. Kaffe, te och socker fanns.

En doft av fukt och mögel i handdukarna och i trspphuset. Inte inne i lägenheten din tur var. Vi bodde bara 1 natt men hade vi bott längre tror vi att våra kläder hade börjat lukta mögel då det luktade så i garderoben. Synd att parkering inne finns gratis.

Todo impecable, limpio y tal cual se ve en las fotos. Departamento reciclado y moderno.

Todo estuvo bien. Agregaría unos almohadones a la cama para poder estar más cómodo. Debido a la cercanía de la avenida, puede escucharse un poco el ruido de los autos.

Eccellente, sistemazione confortevole e posizione ottima.

Appartamento luminoso, ben ristrutturato, con arredi nuovi e ben attrezzato.

Qualche metro quadro in più non sarebbe stato male così come na assistenza per le pulizie più tempestiva (dopo una settimana anziché 10 giorni). Anche la parte condominiale (ingresso e scale) non erano all’altezza.
