Don't recommend it especially with children

It was cold and had the smell from the bathroom.The apartment is on the ground floor of an old building in need of renovation; the floor is icy cold and the heating is weak. It’s not a one-bedroom apartment, but a small studio where the bed is separated by a partition without a door. I wouldn’t recommend choosing this option during the cold season. For this price, you can find better options.

Great apartment but needs update and deep clean

Very comfortable bed and sofa bed, location is perfect

Property wasn’t clean, especially kitchen and bathroom was dirty . Owner offered to send cleaners the next day but refused as cleaned myself same evening. Owner didn’t show any interest to see the pictures in what state property has been found.

A home away from home in Kaunas

Bright modern ground floor apartment which felt really homely, sitting room area was really cosy and had streaming services available. We were on a road trip of the Baltics for two weeks so it was great to have a washing machine and a drying rack available to do laundry here. The property was also located really close to all the main attractions, bars, and restaurants.

Good apartment with a perfect location

Great location at the center of old town with a free parking place. The apartment is aquipped with everything you need-kettle, stove, refrigerator.

Uncomfortable bed and there were left a full trash can from the last guests.

An excellent place to stay in a great location

This is a great apartment in a good central location. Near to many attractions, shops, bus stops, many restaurants - everything from pizza to Michelin stars and Lithuanian food. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable with good facilities. Good bathroom with underfloor heating. It's in a quiet street. Absolutely loved staying here. Airport bus stops nearby which is useful.

These are not big issues, but I just thought of mentioning them as they might be relevant to someone. The flat is on the 1st floor and has windows only on one side, so it is quite dark inside. If you want more daylight, you can open the curtains, but then the interior of the flat becomes very visible to people walking outside. All three windows face the parking lot, and many pedestrians pass by. The instructions for arriving could have been clearer. We were informed how to find the outside door to the flat, but when we opened it, we saw a staircase leading to the 2nd floor and doors on the left. We assumed our flat was behind the doors on the left, but it would have been awkward if that wasn’t the case and we had tried to enter someone else’s flat. Additionally, the staircase is old, a bit smelly, and dark. As two girls traveling, we did not feel very safe and therefore made sure to lock all the locks. Still good value for the price.

Paprastai statau 1 balą už apgavystę, bet čia beveik buvo gerai - apart miegamojo. Jo tiesiog nėra, tai paprasta STUDIJA, su siena tarp virtuvės ir lovos........ Jokių durų nėra. Tad šis butas netinka šeimoms SU VAIKU... Dar prasta komunikacija - rašo paruoštukus vien angliškai, trūksta indų ir kitos smulkmenos..

L’appartamento nuovo e moderno, ha tutto il necessario. La casa fuori fa un po’ effetto e sembra molto vecchia, ma dentro è tutto ristrutturato e nuovo! Posizione top vicino sia alla parte vecchia che nuova della città!

Nel bagno c’era un po’ di odore, ma nel complesso abbastanza pulito.

Kaunis ja korralik korter. Väga hea asukohaga, vanalinn asub jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Hoovis on privaatne parkimiskoht. Maja väljanägemine ja korter on nagu must ja valge, ärge laske ennast hirmutada :)

Ei olnud valmis pere jaoks! Õhtul magama minnes avastasime et patju, linu ja tekke on ainult kahe inimese jaoks aga meid oli 4! Kuigi peremees andis teada et võib talle kirjutada igal ajal, meie arvasime et on kohatu seda teha 23:00 ajal...

Superschöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Kaunas. Sehr groß, mit Wohnzimmer, offener Küche, die alles hat. Einfacher Check in. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Nähe der großen Einkaufsstraße, Laisvés aléja. Sehr empfehlenswert und tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Definitiv zu empfehlen.

Sie ist im Erdgeschoss , für sensible Schläfer*innen vielleicht hellhörig.

Posizione eccezionale ( comodo per il centro e vicino al bus per aeroporto), l'appartamento è molto curato e ben attrezzato per godersi la vacanza. Pulito e fornisce tutti i confort necessari. Esattamente come nelle foto. L' host è molto gentile e risponde sempre prontamente. Assolutamente consigliato!
