The location of the flat is great, only 15mins walk to the Acropolis and 10mins to the main Avenue in Old Town. There was a corner shop about 5mins away and a McDonalds pretty much next door.
I stayed at Valerie following cosmetic surgery at Nords. I found that the flat had pretty much everything I needed. TV had some satellite movie channels, wifi was great and everything was pretty much stocked. They had some cooking ingredients in the kitchen and even had washing machine tablets.
The building does look "weird" from the outside, its an old metal door to the entrance but once inside I was happily surprised. Bolt taxis had some issues with finding the entrance because its on a side street instead of the actual address, but my Bolt food delivery guy was ok, and Nords transport knew it well.
The flat is a good size and I would say it easily fits a couple with children, not sure if the sofa bed would fit 2 adults because I didn't open it but there were spare pillows and duvets in the flat.
There was a filter in the shower but I found that the water temp was not 100% stable, it would go slightly colder every couple of minutes, not sure if the filter did that.
On occasions it got to hot in the flat but apart from opening a window, you cant control the heating. It never got too cold though and even then I did see that there was an electric fan heater in a closet.

Posizione ottima, host molto gentile e disponibile (ci ha sistemato il secondo letto e permesso di lasciare le valigie più a lungo il giorno del check out), macchina del caffè espresso (lavazza a modo mio), temperatura calda.
Il bagno rilascia un odore non gradevole, si sente soprattutto entrando nell’appartamento. Pulizia non impeccabile.

The apartment was very well located, close to the city center, restaurants, and a supermarket. Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, cosy, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. Nothing to complain about. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it
