Everything was very clean. The interior was modern and cozy. Comfortable sofa in front of a large TV and a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen had many necessary things. From the communication everything was easy to understand. After that, it was easy to find the apartment. I will note that the rooms have heated floors.

This is not a complaint, but just a note - green hill literally means that the apartment is on a hill. :) You have to walk about 1 km up the hill, it was difficult with heavy bags, but not impossible.

A nice one indeed.

It was a pleasant apartment in a pleasant neighbourhood. A bit of walking is required but the town has things to offer and taking a walk is not a problem after all.

not worth it and the staff is not supportive at all

modern furniture, had washing machine

no toilet paper provided, shower not working, no hot water, staff not nice , we checked out one day earlier as we couldn’t shower and the property never responded to my messages about the cold water… the apartment was not so clean when we came in, floor very dirty and bathroom had hairs on the floor. probably the worst stay we ever had. asked for a compensation at least, but had no response.

It was clean, cosy, with all the necessities, free parking. I had a great stay. The street was close but I didn't need earplugs at night.

Lovely base for a few-day trip to Kaunas

Clean and freshly renovated apartment in a beautiful residential neighbourhood. We slept well.

The ground floor has a slight "basement-feel" to it.

Very clean, owner was so helpful and easy to deal with, plenty of space, would definitely recommend it to friends. Supermarket and lidl nearby

Bed wasnt the comfiest, mattress thinner than what we were used to, so we slept on pull out bed in sitting room which was good

Ładne wnętrze apartamentu, dobrze wyposażony, w niezłej cenie oraz dobrej lokalizacji.

nie było uprzedzenia że trwa remont ocieplenia i wchodziliśmy do apartamentu pomiędzy rusztowaniami, przy każdym otwarciu drzwi wlatywały do środka resztki styropianu. W środku apartamentu strasznie duszno a jedyne okna są na wysokości chodnika przez co nie było zbyt komfortowe otwieranie ich na ościerz. Materac w łóżku do wymiany.
