Gana plaša istabiņa ar ļoti ērtu gultu. Ir virtuvīte ar plīti, tējkannu un ledusskapi, lai varētu pagatavot ēdienu. Pieejams TV ar plašu kanālu skaitu. Ļoti plaša vannasistaba. Pieejama autostāvvieta.
Istabā nav kondicioniera. Ielas trokšņi ir par skaļu, ja naktī ir atvērts logs (ja logs ir aizvērts - viss ir kārtībā). Iespējams, prasītos dušas želeja dušā.
