A very basic and damp stay with uncomfortable mattresses.

Nothing much

The accommodation is very basic, with cheap mattresses, limited facilities, and no proper ventilation, making the room feel damp. It’s acceptable for a one-night stay, but not ideal for longer visits. The location is also quite noisy due to nearby traffic. We even encountered an unpleasant neighbour who threatened to call the police over parking in the designated area, which made the stay uncomfortable. Wi-Fi was intermittent, though the host was helpful. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality, but I’m not sure I would stay here again.

The house location is on very active street, so it’s very hard to sleep even with ear plugs (very noisy), because the house is even vibrating (the bed as well). In Bathroom - water goes on the floor.

Beautiful and clean apartment with free parking

The apartment is very new and makes a good impression when you enter it. Access was very easy with the door codes provided. There is limited free parking right in front of the building, and it's located on one of Kaunas main streets. There are multiple new washing machines, tumble dryers and clothes racks in the basement, which is a big plus.

The only real minus was the bathroom where the water leaked into the room after taking a shower. The entire apartment smelled of moisture, which can probably be solved by using a dehumidifier. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the extractor hood above the stove, so we were a bit afraid of cooking.

The parking facility is too bad. There are not enough parking spaces for all the guests who have rented the rooms. In total, 12 guest rooms are there, but parking availability is only for 7 cars.

I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The space was thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay — including fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy bedroom,living area. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I’d definitely stay again!

Great location. Few groceries and shopping centre nearby. Public transport stop very close. Nice comfy apartment.

Some weird smell in the bathroom. Also one dirty towel was left there. For longer stay would be nice to have some storage like closet or at least chest of drawers

Clean your rooms fairly, and all be good.

We liked property location.

It was not clean, both me and my husband stepped on broken glass. Our 2 year old daughter was endangered as well. Dust everywhere in bedroom, once we turned onto fan it spread everywhere.

Niekur nebuvo vietos kur palikti automobilį, nors savininkė nurodė antra adresą kur palikti jeigu nebus prie apgyvendinimo įstaigos( deja nebuvo ir ten vietos) , bet gryžus iš oro uosto po 1val nakties blaškytis 40minučiu ieškant kur prisiparkuoti sukelia tam tikrus nepatogumus

Esame neaukšti žmonės, bet tualetas labai nepatogus, galvas daužėm pastoviai. Aukštesniems žmonėms tai neįmanoma misija. Aprašyme turėtų būti parašyta. Šiaip labai švaru ir tvarkinga. Apsistojame jau ne pirmą kartą
