Cozy apartment.Everything you need for a short stay is there.This is my second time stay here.

Great value for money for a short stay

I think this property offers a decent value for a short stay. I stayed for one night. The apartment is clean. It had towels, bed sheets and kitchen utensils to make a quick meal or reheat something. There's parking available at the facility. Although the space is narrow, totally doable to park the car. The location within the city is also very convenient. It was easy to get into the location when entering the city. Quick drive to the city center. And an effortless exit to the highway when leaving the city. The host gave clear and simple instructions on how to use the door code. The door code was easy to remember. Instructions have been given in advance before my arrival. Door code mechanism was easy to use. I had a very relaxed and smooth sleep and rest time after a long day of driving.

Small, cozy, every need was met, had no bigger problem staying, just minor inconvenience. Free parking.

Some broken stuff, sofa was broken. If you like to cook, be sure to get oil, salt and pepper because there were none.

It was very hot and noisy - it's right next to a very busy street, so you hear every car passing by. The host made sure to remind us of property tax on several different occasions , but ignored my request of providing an invoice about 5-6 times. Unpleasant person to deal with. Please filter through the lowest scores for this apartment and read yourself what other people say about the host. Ruined trip.

Great location with a few issues - best suited for short stays.

+ great location + kitchen utensils + hairdryer + towel/clothes drying rack + washing machine + kitchen hood

- Wi-Fi was a little lackluster (watching a video in 1080p60 caused stutters) - pillows had unpleasant smell and their stuffing was crumpled - no shelf for soap/shampoo in the shower cabin - shower temperature was hard to regulate due to the heavily delayed heating of the water - shower cabin's door may leak the water - some rooms may have windows directly in the front of the road, allowing bypassers to see inside the room with open curtains

The room had everything you need, was clean an new, not oudated, pretty nice.

We stayed in a 1-room and what's most annoying when traveling is not being able to shower properly. Here, that was exactly the problem: the water wouldn't drain, so the entire toilet area and mats were flooded. The drain was practically completely clogged, which is a huge downside. Another minus is that you can't open the window because the room's windows face a very busy street, so it's noisy even at night. Plus, there's no air conditioning, so it was hot to sleep. I imagine it's an absolute disaster in the summer time because you can't sleep with the windows open due to the noise.

Nice apartment, small improvements would increase overall experience

Good location, modern.

Bedding and towels had damp smell. Even though apartment had fans, the minute you turn them off, room gets extremely hot. Fans are very loud and won’t be able to sleep if left on overnight. Opening the window is not an option either as apartment is on ground floor next to busy and very noisy road. Walls soundproofing could be better as we could hear other guests setting up their stay at around midnight which woke us up. There was sewerage smell in shower. Fridge also was very loud. It would be a really nice apartment if ventilation was sorted and you brought your earplugs.

Enjoyed our stay

Lovely little apartment , clean , modern easy instructions for self check in . Owner picked up the phone straight away when we had issues and had us sorted without any issues , answering text message was practically instant which doesn’t happen often so we were very happy with customer service in general.

Description mentioned free toiletries we had none Pillows were uncomfortable even after we got more the size of the pillows were too small for adults.

A good and tidy place in you need a studio in Kaunas

No major concerns. The electronic key entrance was easy, although the front door was often left open. The studio we stayed at directly faces a busy street, so if hot, one cannot really open the window due to noise.

Toks pastebėjimas, kad naktį buvo šalta ir buvo išjungti radijatoriai, nors nieko nesukinėjau ir neliečiau, o ryte buvo vėl šilti.

Kadangi šiuose apartamentuose jau esame buvę ir viskas labai patiko, šį kartą gavome kitą kambarį, kuris mažas ir nepatogus. Kambarys pirmame aukšte , o langai išeina priešais pastatytus automobilius, ranka pasiekiama mašina. Dėl švaros taip pat yra pastabų, išlūžęs tualetinio popieriaus laikiklis, duše pelėsis. Lėkštės sudėtos šlapios. Pagalvės labai mažos ir nepatogios. Gal tai menkniekis, tačiau kai sumoki gerokai daugiau už prasčiau, būtina pastabas parašyti. Kambarys antram aukšte buvo erdvesnis ir jaukesnis. Nors dėl tvarkos tai yra pastabų taip pat.

Is duso patalpos aitrus kanalizacijos kvapas. Nepadejo nei ventiliacija istraukiama, nei atidarytas langas. Po langu kuris vienintelis atsidaro rukoma vieta. Nebuvo duso zele, nei sampuno. Lova nepatogi. Daugiau niekada negrysiu y siuos B apartamentus. Paveiksiukai ant sienos is virsaus pergresti medvarciais.

4cilvēku ģimenei tikai 2segas(lielās), nebija apartamentos gludeklis kā minēts aprakstā,bet tika saorganizēts tikai pēc pieprasījuma. Drēbju pakaramais saplīsis,4 virtuves krēslu vietā tikai 3, t.sk. uz vienu no tiem sēdēt nebija iespējams,sabojāts pirms mūsu ierašanās!

Naktį dingo karštas vanduo, nebuvo, kol patys nepaskambinome savininkui. Rankšluoščiai prasmirdę ir surūgę, gerai kad maxima netoliese, ėjome pirktis naujų. Interneto kokybė labai prasta. Normaliai veikia tik YT, yra go3 bet norint įsijungti, visur reikia kodo. Parašyta prie patogumų, jog kambaryje yra skalbyklė/džiovyklė/lygintuvas, tačiau nieko nebuvo. Iš higienos priemonių buvo TIK rankų muilas.

Labai blogai, jokio poilsio neturėjom labai gaila

Patiko tai kad iki Kauno klinikų nuo apartamentu tik 3min kelio su masina.

Atvykus į apartamentus juose buvo salta, susisiekus su šeimininku ir pasakius kad miegamajam neveikia radijatorius ir yra salta pažadėjo kad atvyks kolega patikrint katilo. Aiskei pasakem kad esam su mažu vaiku ir bute yra tikrai labai salta į tai nebuvo net atsižvelgta ir taip tas radijatorius nešilde iki pat ryto… nuejus į dušą nusiprausti taip pat buvo neimanoma, nuotekų vamzdynas užsikimšęs visas vanduo pradejo plaukt iš dušo kabinos, unitazo dangtis buvo sulūžęs , spinteles stalčius taip pat buvo išlūžęs , bandant ji atidaryt taip ir iškrito iš savo vietos… prie apartamentu aprašymo buvo parašyta kad yra padaryta garso izoliacija deja jos ten tikrai nėra, apartamentai prie pat kelio tai visa laika girdėjosi kaip mašinos garsiausiai važinėja už sienos kaimynai taip pat kuo puikiausiai girdėjosi (sakau girdėjosi todėl kad nuo 23val iki pat 6 ryto vyko geras vakarėlis ). Užsisakant apartamentus pažymėjom kad busim su vaiku tai kaip ir aisku kad busim 3 asmenų šeima , bet atvykus apartamentai paruošti buvo kaip 2 asmenims, pagalves buvo tik dvi ( panasu kad vaikas ant čiužinio turi gulet be pagalves) su rankšluosčiais tokia pat situacija tik dviems asmenims buvo.
