Modern Apartment next to Kaunas Clinics

Labai svaru ir tvarkinga. Visiškai naujas butas, yra visi patogumai. Ypač gerai, jei reikia bǔti arti klinikų. Vieta automobiliui.

Vienintelis minusas, kad šalia vyksta kito namo gerbūvio darbai, tai gal šiek tiek daugiau triukšmo dienos metu.

Clean flat. Entrance is easy, facilities are new. Condition is good.

Small flat, through one window view is hospital, other is construction of next building - overall no view through window. Floor heating did not work, some limit set on thermostat.

Everything is new in the apartment. The silence during the stay is a good thing.

1) the location is dirty and full of reconstructional garbage. Everything is not ready to walk and park there yet. 2) the process of arriving: the main door didn't work, luckily the another door worked though. Besides, it was tricky to open the apartment door with the key. 3) the automatic lights in the apartment made me angry during the stay, especially in the night: it was impossible to turn this function off. 4) the lack of good curtains - it is not comfortable to sleep in the light room with white window rolls... 5) the price is not so fare due to all minuses. Only the location near to the hospital can make you book it despite the price
