Terrible expierence

The description and pictures were misleading. It is not an apartment, but a room in an apartment, with a shared toilet. The toilet is very dirty and worn out. There was not even soap at the sink. The bathtub looked disgusting. The room is spacious, the bed is also large. But the mattress in it is very old and worn out - the springs are sticking out. The room is very dirty. Cobwebs in all corners, a layer of dust on the floor and all surfaces. The mirror was literally wiped with a wet rag, which made it opaque. Dirty bed linen under the bed. Most likely from previous visitors. Do not get caught and do not choose this accommodation. It is really terrible.

Disappointing

The lady/owner is nice

It took me hours to get in/check in the property because the owner did not respond or answer my calls. I had to wait outside in the rain. Also the property is dirty. The toilets are dirty, the shower, the shower drain, the bathroom, everything has not been scrubbed. the pillow cases and the sheets smell like they have not been changed. The curtains look in the room are so dusty. The lighting in the property are so dark/yellow so it looks so dull. The cutlery, plates, the kitchen are just not thoroughly clean. If the owner will change the lighting to something white/brighter, especially in the toilets she will see how filthy they are. The wi-fi is also not great and doesn’t reach once you’re in the bedrooms/upstairs.

Could've been better

Spacious rooms, lots of cutlery, several rooms and two bathrooms. Everything was not new, but clean enough. There's also a free public parking space around the house.

Couldn't use the bathroom on the second level, because of the warning from the owner that something was broken. But when using the shower on the first floor, the neighbor from the apartment below ours rushed in claiming that we are flooding her, so we couldn't use the shower too. Wifi also suddenly broke, but the owner did not respond when asked to fix it, so we did not have the internet access either.

In general, it was really worth the value

The apartment was really spacious (two floored) and very warm and the biggest surprise was the fireplace which was even keeping fire till the morning. The host was very helpful and very attentive to any of our queries and requests, And the breakfast was really nice with all our expectations.

I would prefer more perfection for the cleanliness in all spaces.

A decent stay

We enjoyed the Christmas decorations, the warmth from the staff member (although we did have a difficult conversation on the phone) and the sleeping necessities were provided with decent quality and comfortability. The cost/ price was good. It did satisfy our needs to rest during the night even though it had flaws.

The plates, glasses, silverware and other nutrition related items were not clean, we did indeed have to rewash everything very thoroughly. There is a problem with the adress, I do suggest changing it in booking.com, because it seems that the official name of the street was changed. So it was difficult to find the house. The top shelves and on top of the wardrobes it was very dusty, although the maid spaces were wiped pretty clean. The first floor could have been warmer. The fireplace doesn't have the needing necessities to start the fire (to do so we need more then the wood). The TV controller wasn't working (but we didnt use the TV, so it didn't bother us that much) and the wifi device did not work (this indeed was a disappointment). I think a little bit more cleaning should be done in the toilet and bath areas, and the second floor toilet did not work (when we arrived we were informed that there are difficulties, and that we should use the first floor toilet only).

The administration was late in handing over the keys. There are no fans in the very hot summer. The place is dirty and not clean. The bathrooms are closed. The presence of insects (spiders) everywhere. The place smells musty

It was a little bit difficult to find at first, but in the end it was ok.
