The house Kaunas

Huge bright room and good location.

Cleaning ladies in the corridor were too loud in the morning.

The elf-check in was extremely easy with provided instructions by the owner! Booked a room for 3 adults, superior apartment, there were two double beds and one sofa. Two adults fir comfortably on one double bed. Functional private shower and bathroom, one stovetop, electrical kettle, towels, kitchen supplies, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash, dish soap and hand soap, extra garbage bags. There's a laundry mat right next to the property too, no remarks on the location it's amazing. 10-15 minute walk to the old town/center of the city and has many near bus stops to take you to your desired location. The windows were as shown in the photos and provided amazing natural light. For a 6 day stay it met all of our expectations.

The sound isolation is a little bad. The last two days there were very loud upstairs neighbours you could hear them talking and walking around, but it didn't last all day. The owners are not at fault here of course.

Excellent value for money! Great location, close to the castle and public transport bus stop is just 5mins walking distance. Room is well equipped. Staff was very helpful and facilitated early check in. I would choose the place again!

During the night, other guests were quite loud while making their way to their room.

The location was great and the rooms on the upper levels were as presented in the pics.

One of the rooms without windows had no ventilation at all. The other room on the bottom floor, even though it had a huge window, it had no ventilation at all. We had to move fans around the rooms to ventilate the air out because otherwise the smell was unbearable. The set up of the rooms is strange, the access to plugs is unconvinient. The common bathrooms doors make A LOT of noise so if you are the unfourtunate ones ( like we were) to have the room accross the bathrooms you will hear everyone go to the bathrooms. The steps to the lower level rooms are super dangerous, 4 of our party fell off and got hurt. They are uneven... one step is higher then the rest so pple kept tripping on them. The same with the steps to the full toilets. The steps are super high and dangerous. The sink was broken for 2 days and we were not told when or if it was going to be fixed, we were all left ( about 11 people) to use the kitchen sink for washing up in the morning. Even though we mentioned how many people will be in each room we were given only 2 towels per room. The steps make lots of noise on the upper levels. IF you are staying with kids on the upper level, every step they make is a problem for someone...
