Extreme Mold in Property, Should not be allowed to rent!!!

The Host refunded the second night after we refused to stay.

We booked ''superior'' apartment. Upon arrival we noticed that there is very strange smell. Entering the bathroom - we saw mold. Not just mold but all the ceiling was black in mold and it was coming down to walls as well. Bathroom has no ventilation so all the humidity comes to the room/bedroom after. We left next morning, although we had booked 2 nights. It was the worst experience I ever had with rental properties. We were family with small kids and this kind of property does not meet any sanitary levels. The apartment is very out dated.

Very convenient location.

The walls are wafer-thin, meaning you can hear absolutely everything happening around you. While earplugs were provided, they weren’t nearly enough to block out the noise from upstairs. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable—you could feel every spring—which led me to sleep on the sofa instead. Unfortunately, with only one duvet available, it left the two of us in separate “beds” but sharing just a single cover. The shared toilets and showers weren’t a huge issue, but it’s definitely something to be aware of before booking.

Very good/ only negative is being bitten

It was nice the beds and the kitchen table was all spaced out well . Staff were accommodating we had a disabled person and didn’t realise our apartment was on the 04th floor but they instantly said they would provide a refund as all apartments were on the 03rd and 04th floors but we managed very slowly to climb up the stairs. There was always a space for parking

The only downside is all of us got bit by some bug

There was enough space and the apartment was clean. The kitchen had everything you needed.

In my booking it was stated that 2 adults and 2 children would be staying in the accommodation, but the bed sheets were only for one child.

Cozy apartment

Our room was quite big and also had a small kitchen. The bathroom had everything one would need, but some additional small towels would be great. Location was great and close to everything. The apartment was clean and cozy. Big street is nearby, but we didn’t hear any road noise.

In the bathroom there is no air ventilation, therefore it’s really humid inside and can’t keep the bathroom door closed for long. Also the apartment had no smoke detector. The beds were quite big, but in need of new mattresses - they were really slept in. One neighbor from another house started yelling around 7 in the morning and blasted some music as well, which was really disturbing.

The price is correct and the communication about check-in and check-out is clear. I appreciated that during our short stay, we saw a cleaning lady, given that the bathroom and showers are shared. And that shampoo and shower gel is provided.

I did not like that despite selecting a room with a window, said window did not open. The view from our window was the parking lot, putting us at eye level with construction workers taking their break while we were in the room, this forced us to keep the curtains shut most of the time. Another problem, is the size of the shower room; they are very small and if you bring your clothes or towel they get wet while you shower. One solution that they offer is a hook placed outside of the shower room, however a camera is pointed direction at the exit of the shower, so it is best to keep your towel inside with you, even if wet.

It is very close to the center and it is comfortable for leisure purposes.

The space could be cleaner—some spots were missed, especially the cavity next to the shower, which had a noticeable buildup. It’s not immediately visible, but once seen, it’s hard to ignore.

Location was ok, although the place looks terribly designed, disfunctional and cramped.

Room - dark, gloomy, with some strange window in the back covered by a curtain. Not a single chair, very little space. The sqm to price relation is like Tokyo...

First of all location, also was much cheaper than any other places around. Was an amazing value for money.

Probably not much. Had no separate bathroom and toilet, but that was expected for such a low price. Other than that, it was worth every cent.

The instructions were and messages about the keys and door were clear. Everything was ready and prepared at the time of check-in There was a electric heater which really helped a lot

We would definitely stay again

The House was kind enough to allow early check in when I asked if there was any baggage storage available. They also tried to help with baggage storage after checkout. We extended one night and although had to move to a new room with shared facilities, everything was very clean and both rooms we stayed in were great.

The room we had on the higher level was nicer because we had no noise from above. The walls were a bit thin downstairs and we could hear our upstairs neighbours alot. But no big deal

Really great comfy apartment with all you need for your stay.

The location was amazing, so close to the pedestrian street and castle of Kaunas. There was everything you possibly need during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with everything. Comfy beds. Very bright.

We liked everything. One think we were missing was something to wipe the table with. We were not lucky with neighbors the second day, even though the apartment and Lithuania in general have rules about when you should be quiet, our neighbors on the second day were very, very loud at night and also early morning.
