L'appartamento era pulito ed ordinato. Dotato di tutti i confort, anche se non nuovissimo, era tutto tenuto bene.
L'accesso all'appartamento è scomodo, il portone e le scale di accesso sporche e fatiscente! Non danno un bel benvenuto! Inoltre le informazioni per il parcheggio riportate sul sito sono generiche! Nella descrizione c'è scritto "parcheggio gratuito". L'appartamento si trova nella cinta storica, percui è necessario pagare una tassa di ingresso se si arriva con l'auto in prossimità dell'appartamento più una tariffa di 2 euro/ora tutti i giorni per 24/24.
