Compact and tidy overlooking city

Spacious bedrooms, all amenities, clean, nice location on a hill overlooking the city, free parking right outside apartment, responsive host

Quite a small kitchen (the main common area) although the spacious bedrooms each had sitting areas, need to be careful not to run too many appliances at the same time or you might trip a fuse, run-down hallway entrance to the building but to be fair this is no different to every Booking.com accommodation we had around the Baltic countries. The interior of the apartment was a different and tidy world

Wonderful hosts with the perfect location for Kaunas.

This was the highlight of our family trip across the Baltics. The apartment is just down the street from the University’s music school, so classical music was playing as we arrived. The owners came on our last day to say hello and were absolutely the nicest people. Their warmth left a very positive impression on my kids and gave us one more reason to love Lithuania. The apartment is on the hill overlooking the main town. The view is excellent. It’s an easy walk down and even easier funicular ride back up. Thank you!

Perfect. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication with the host. They were very kind at all times. The apartment has been renovated and offers all kinds of amenities (Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, fridge, etc.). Everything was very clean and the details were well taken care of. In addition, there is a private area available where we were able to park the car at no extra cost.

It was a bit difficult to find the apartment at first since we couldn’t see the building number, but thanks to the host’s great communication and a very friendly neighbor, we were able to find it.

Great location and interesting vibe

Excellent location. Few steps away from funiculier taking you down the hill to the old town. The appartment is in a post war soviet building, from stalin era. As such it has an intetesting vibe. Not many opportunities to experience it. We liked it. Kitchen, good wifi, modern renovation, decent space, ok wifi, parking in front of your window, very calm, drinking watter in fridge, coffee vending machine few steps away. Getting in and out simple, communication with owner nice if your device provides automatic translation from Polish.

Bed was too soft to my taste. A proper shower, more than just a curtain would be better.

Everything was good. Flat owner was very polite and prepared everything as it was asked.

The communication with our host was perfect. Everything we could agreed before arrival. Everything was prepared. The apartment has so convenient location. Have to cross the river and in an old town. On the other hand, you are benefited by the peripheral characteristics of the location: tranquility, available parking place. Apartment is very well equipped, perfect for both short- and long-term stay.

La colazione non era inclusa, la posizione è nella tranquilla periferia in mezzo al verde distante dal centro storico 5 min in macchina e 10/15 min a piedi, a pochi metri dalla casa c'è un fantastico belvedere.

Tutto ok, noi avevamo la macchina quindi muoverci non è stato un problema. Da fuori sembra una casa post sovietica con portone in legno datato ma l'appartamento all'interno è dotato dei confort necessari e specificati.

Великолепные апартаменты. С удовольствием ещё раз остановлюсь здесь.

Хозяйка заботливо и с любовью обустроила эти апартаменты, где всё до мелочей продумано для гостей. Что важно: на кухне много разной посуды, приборов, разной мелочёвки для хозяйки, не только для на кухни, но и в быту (например, нитки с иголками и т.п.).
