Price for the quality

It was better than sleeping in a room with five beds, where someone snores and it is impossible to sleep there.

Price - quality accordingly. The owner sent a message to the phone that the keys would be in a special key box, but when I opened the box, the keys were not there. It's good that other tenants went outside to smoke and let me into the house, saying that the room was open and the keys were inside. I got a spacious, light room with two windows opposite the toilet, but I couldn't sleep all night because all the other tenants went to the toilet and the floor creaked so loudly that it was difficult to fall asleep. But it was better than sleeping in a room with five beds, where someone snores and it is impossible to sleep there. Next time I will look for more expensive housing.

We loved the slavic vibe. And also the lake, which was just 10min by walking.

Everything smelled bad. We were opening the windows a lot. It was extremely cold in there (some quilts would be nice). And also, bring your own towels...

Rude staff and bad communication, but overall nice rooms… you get what you pay for.

The location was okay, a bit hidden though. Overall, it was comfortable and clean. Clean bathroom and kitchen.

The walls were thin, easy to hear the others in the building. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of the staff. They did not answer messages and it was hard to get the keys- we stood out in the cold for about 15 minutes until someone (not the host) opened the door. Upon check-out, someone (once again, not the host) told us to leave. We left on time but he and his wife (?) came and checked on us quite rudely several times. He only spoke Russian and became quite irritated with us when we didn’t understand, even when we were trying to use a translator. (For reference, the entire booking process was done in English). I believe they were permanent tenants who lived next door. Never heard from the host…

Una pesadilla

Para empezar, nos intentamos poner en contacto con el señor del alojamiento y no hubo manera, mensajes en visto o sin leer pese a la insistencia nuestra. Al llegar al alojamiento sin aún recibir el código, nos dejó entrar una persona ajena la cual nos hizo salir de la casa y al rato apareció otro señor el cual parecía un empleado de las fábricas colindantes que nos dio las llaves. Al entrar se ve que la escalera está rota, mucha basura acumulada y un olor a tabaco muy fuerte e inaguantable. La habitación está con un olor terrible, hasta las sábanas tienen el olor a tabaco, el colchón es una tabla de madera con un poco de relleno todo junto. Las almohadas eran cojines muy sucios y las sábanas eran individuales aunque sea una cama matrimonial. Importante recalcar que no ponen la calefacción en todo el día, pese a la temperatura de fuera. También hay que saber que no hay papel de baño, debes llevártelo tú mismo y la ducha está llena de suciedad que da hasta asco ducharse. Los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones pegan golpes, chillidos y hay una niña pequeña en una de las habitaciones. El frigorífico está repartido entre los otros inquilinos y es mejor no hablar de la suciedad que hay en los cajones y campana extractora de la cocina. El camino a la propiedad es un camino de barro que está rodeado de fábricas que parecen abandonadas y sin luz. La terraza está llena de basura que traen diariamente los empleados de la propiedad los cuales tienen las llaves del apartamento, que nunca se cierra con llave abajo y la de arriba no se puede cerrar. Entonces es un lugar bastante inseguro. Si os queréis comunicar con el propietario es mejor no hacerlo, booking directamente intentó contactar varias veces y fueron todas en vano.

Patiko tik del to jog Kaune ir netoli susisiekimas. Kambarys is pažiūrėos jaukus.

Kaimymai Ukrainieciai buvo labai nesvetingi. Pasieme ir vage viska. Nors tik kelias dienas teko pabuvot bet privalejau pirkti ir muilo ir tuoletiniaus nes jie viska pasieme. Lova baisu… girgzda belenkaip. Sienos popierines ramybes nera. Po 23:00 iki 01:00 vis dar pilna garsu. Kambarys tikrai nebuvo sutvarkytas kai atvykau.
