At first, we didn’t receive any information about how to get into the hotel. But later, they sent us everything we needed. There had been a storm the night before, so the connection was poor. But our brief moment of disappointment disappeared the second we walked into the room. It was clean and bright, with high ceilings and a balcony!!! Each of the children had their own bed, and there were wonderfully soft, fluffy, snow-white towels. What more could a traveler ask for? It was an absolutely fantastic night!

During the night, the forced ventilation kicked in, and the room suddenly filled with a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. Luckily, the ventilation system did its job, the smell disappeared, and I fell asleep again.

the room was nice and clean situated close to the city center.

We explicitly requested a late check-out because we were attending a wedding and wanted to get some proper rest afterward. Before making the reservation, I called to ask whether this option was available. I was assured that, for a small additional fee, they could arrange a late check-out. However, on the day of our departure, the cleaning staff repeatedly knocked on our door, asking us to leave. I explained that we had arranged a late check-out, but she continued insisting that we vacate the room. This completely ruined our morning, and we left immediately after this rude and unprofessional behavior.
