K-Town - Cozy Apartment Near the City Center

Amazing location if you need to stay close to the Darius and Girėnas stadium (20-25 min walk). Everything is clean and all necessities are provided. Free private parking on location. Not going to lie, after reading the rules and the bad reviews I was a bit stressed, because our concert ended after the quiet hours, but we had no problems as four of us just came back, had quiet snacks & conversations while waiting for each to shower and went to bed. Seems to me, that as long as you respect the rules, you will have no problems whatsoever.

I booked through the app and got the confirmation email, but had no "upcoming booking" in the app. This happened for the first time time, so I was a bit stressed, but the owner answered all my emails and calls promptly and professionally. You have to keep in mind, that this listing has photos from different apartments (of the same house). So you will not get everything that you see in the listed photos.

Taxi labai sunkei randa šią vietą , plius kai išsisakiau kambary per booking.com pirmą kartą kalbėjome su šeimininkais, ir man nepatiko klausimas , ką jūs galvojate čia 4dienas gyventi? Čia labai prastos sąlygos ir t.t. Na keista buvo girdėti nes pinigai jau buvo nuskaičiuoti

Accommodation was very easy to find. Convenient parking in front of the house. The room was clean.

In winter, some additional heating would be nice, as the room was cool.

Тихое место, рядом магазин. Парковка находится рядом с домом. В комнате чисто, есть микроволновая печь, маленький электрочайник и необходимая посуда.

Микроволновая печь и чайник старые. На мой взгляд цена не соответствует заявленным удобствам. Все апартаменты очень маленькие.
