We booked 17 nights and left as soon as possible (never again)!

Private gated parking and location in a quite subdivision. Self check-in. The outside pictures are accurate.

First I have never left a bad review in any of my stays in the past. We booked 17 nights and left as soon as possible after the second night. We arrived at midnight to the surprise of the pictures attached. I did not receive a response from the property about my complaints until after I contacted Booking.com customer service (which was great service). Unfortunately the back and forth with the property did not lead to an agreement until the evening which required us to stay another night. -Water damage on the wall (not disclosed) -Dirty shower (with mold and spiders) -Bathroom lights flashed (like strobes) in off position non-stop throughout the night which shown into the bedroom. -Bathroom faucet was not attached (this was fixed after the first night) Response from the property: we cannot fix the wall at the moment (they have to disclose damage like this in the least, in my opinion the room shouldn't even be rented until fixed), the faucet was fixed, the bathroom is not dirty/moldy (I don't want to imagine what they think dirty is), no one has ever complained before (so this means it's acceptable, NO!), and they didn't fix the lights. This location absolutely ruined our first nights in LT, as we were looking for a place of relaxation after busy/stressful days working with family. FYI... I asked for photos days before our arrival and was given them but not of the current state of the room.

One of the worst properties we ever stayed in

it was an awful property.

Terrible property. No sound proofing- you hear everything what happens anywhere in the house. Dirty- spider nets everywhere, water leak marks and holes. Shower blocked Hot water finished very quickly and the it was cold water only. Next door people were swearing non stop to the point that we did not feel safe there. communication with staff poor.

Good late night check in. Very spacious room with a view and balcony. Secure onsite parking. Coffee and tea in the room. Beds are comfy if a little too soft (and we like soft beds).

The furniture seems new but it's somehow still dated. The toilet seat is a hanging type but does not inspire confidence because it creaks. There were water stains on the ceiling and carpet. The WiFi didn't reach our room on the third floor. There was not enough hot water in the morning sadly.

Very high quality with decent amount of money!

Building is very beautiful and decorated with dignity and style. Room was big. Parking space was good.

There was no coffee machine. Toilet seat seemed a bit unstable. Tea cups could have been bigger. Sofa would have been better than two chairs.

We wspólnej kuchni brakowało zmywarki, a naczynia myte ręcznie przez innych gości i/lub obsługę nieco zużytą gąbką bywały niedomyte.

Fajne miejsce na nocleg

Fajny, wyremontowany pokój z łazienką. W pokoju dostępna lodówka i czajnik. Na dole dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Parking na terenie posesji. Spokojna okolica. Szybki i łatwy check-in (skrytka z kluczami). Polecam

Wifi nie działało w pokoju, trochę brakowało kontaktów przy łóżku.

Ночь в отеле

Чистота в номере, наличие халатов, чайника, холодильника. Большой балкон с возможностью посидеть там за столиком. На кухне наличие специй и всего самого необходимого ( мы разогревали блинчики в микроволновке).

Странный запах в номере, к которому привыкаешь через какое-то время ( держали открытой балконную дверь). Небольшое замечание для администрации отеля: подмести пол на балконе, проверить наличие лампочек в номере и сделать рейд с отверткой, чтобы подтянуть дверные ручки.
