Quite nice!

The location is excellent, situated on a beautiful, quiet street, with many bars, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby and easy access to local transportation. The apartment was always warm and had hot water, which was especially appreciated since we traveled during winter, when temperatures were below zero.

The space felt a bit limited for three people and would be more comfortable for one traveler.

Great location, good size apartment and for the price you can’t go wrong

Incredible location! Great access to the Main Street and so handy to get around! About a 15 minute drive from the airport as well which was great! Kitchen handy although I couldn’t figure out the hot plate, bathroom a decent size but the shower curtain could do with a replacement.

The bed was incredible uncomfortable- felt like I was sleeping on a concrete block and my back ached each morning. The stairs can be tricky at night but not the worst!

Hard enough to get in with front door lock very warm not a complaint had a fan to help . Wouldn’t have mined if the loft bedrooms had more bars on the railing. Lovely other that that

Liked location, facilities & amenities were perfect. Instrucions on finding apartment & getting key was very easy. Comfy bed, in centre but quiet neighborhood. Loved we had a washing machine.

We didnt know you couldn't stand up fully in the loft. Instructions on how to use cooktop would be helpful as we hadn't seen one like this & couldn't get it to work.

Ok for a short stay

Very close to city centre. Convenient contactless check in and out. Kitchen well equipped. Extra bedding provided for a sofa bed but we didn’t use.

The bathroom was mouldy and shower curtain was dirty. The bedding was a little smelly. Curtain was half hanging and it looked like it needed little TLC.

Good apartment to stay gor a few days

Good location , washing mashine was handy and a nice surprise for a small studio

Housekeeping isn’t the greatest- found broken glass and dishes weren’t washed properly. Minor things such as shower shelf would be great to have.

Was too hot, the amosphere wasn’t good enough, wasn’t cosy, the place is terrible, in the yard of nowhere, very bad smell in the toilet

Lovely stay

The location was really good. Very central, but the room was facing an inner courtyard so it was quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities provided were great - coffee and tea included. We were big fans of the portable fan!! Very useful on a hot day. Instructions for check -in and check -out were very clear too.

small space with a good equipment if you dont want to go to the restaurants all the time

comfortable for longer stay (maybe would be nice to have an extra sponge for dishes or trash bags), good location

the walls are made of paper, can hear the tiny noises, however due to strict rules for noise was still comfortable. Even though i would book again, i would probably ask to exchange the given room as the sink in the bathroom is absolutely outrageous, please fix the sink so it would drain the water. overall we liked it :)

Cozy city center loft

The apartment is in very good location - in the city centre main street, so you can reach every popular destition by foot. The apartment itself is very clean, good cozy size - beds were very nice and comfortable. Will be coming back to this place!

Ужасно!!! Требуется ремонт, замена всех постельных, полотенец, штор и тд.

Спустя полтора года посетил повторно. Отель прямо сказать - умер. Не понравилось ничего.

Номер был плохо убран. В номере почему-то воняло мочей (скорее всего от собаки). В ванной много плесени. Краны с водой и в ванной и в кухне текут. Плита сначала не работала, был розъединен провод от сети, пришлось соединять и изолировать самому, так как персонал на звонки и сообщения не отвечал. Звукоизоляция и контенгент проживающих моргиналов это нечто. В первую ночь люди курили прямо в коридоре отеля. Постоянная ночная беготня по ступенькам покурить. В ночь 2 - какой-то пьяный или обдолбанный выбивал ногой дверь в отель около часа с 03:00 до 04:00. Потом начал стучать всем в окна, я думал он выбьет нам окно. Отдельный бонус мусорные баки под окном. Мусорщики приезжают около 04:00 - и под окном забирают мусор, стучат мусорниками и матерятся на всю улицу. Также было незабываемо - это ремонтные работы которые длились со среды до вторника (почти неделю). Экскаватор копал яму, отбойный молоток долбил асфальт, окна открыть было нельзя, так как воняло солярой. Ремонтные работы начинались с 07:30. Так что если вы хотите поспать - то это у вас не выйдет. До 3-5 утра приходят соседи-моргиналы, пьяные, обдолбанные, орут, курят, слушают музыку. В это время персонал не как не реагирует вообще. На 5 день было неожиданностью, когда за 15 минут до отключения воды нам написал хозяин и сказал, что выключат воду до вечера. Пришлось экстренно бежать домой чтобы покупаться. Скажем так - это не про отдых, а больше про придорожный сарай на пару часов для перепихона. Учитывайте также что прямо в окно вам будет парковаться чья-то машина и вонять дизелем по 15-20 минут на прогреве))) Советую также брать с собой полотенца и постельные. Так как за 2 года их никто не менял. Они уже просто-напросто провонялись всем чем можно.

Doskonała lokalizacja za rozsądną cenę.

Doskonała lokalizacja mieszkania, w centrum miasta, ale bez sąsiedztwa z ruchliwymi ulicami. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie pokoju i kuchni. Mieszkanie zadbane i czyste, więc dobrze się mieszkało, co jest szczególnie ważne przy dłuższym pobycie w mieście. Jestem bardzo wdzięczny opiekunce mieszkania za życzliwość.

Często miałem problem z otworzeniem drzwi wejściowych do budynku (na klatkę schodową). Działanie szyfru było trochę stresujące, ale zawsze jakoś udawało się wejść do obiektu. Czasami były małe problemy z Internetem, ale generalnie wszystko działało.

didžiausias minusas ir viską tiesiog sugadino, kvapas kuris stovi kambaryje, nesuprantamas kanalizacijos + pelėsio... kvapo neįmanoma išvedinti.... Viršuje kur miegama vieta tiesiog daužasi galva į lubas, nes taip žemai viskas. Ačiū daugiau negrįšime :)

Verblijf op een mooie locatie, heel centraal gelegen.

Het bed bovenin de kamer sliep heel fijn en is heel bijzonder. Verder was het een net en hip apartment. Alles was ook zeer schoon.

De wasmachine maakte veel herrie, de buren kon je goed horen en het uitzicht was niet zo mooi.

Fajna lokalizacja, stąd wygodny obiekt że względu na zwiedzanie. W zasadzie wszędzie gdzie są atrakcje turystyczne jest niedaleko, kilkanaście minut marszu max. To zapewnia luz, dobrą organizację czasu. Apartament wygodny , dobrze wyposażony. Czysto, z drobnym zastrzeżeniem, o czym poniżej. Zapewniona dyskrecja pobytu, bez tłoku i zamieszania z innymi turystami. Możliwość podjazdu pod same wejście do kompleksu, sprawnego rozpakowania/zapakowania pojazdu.

Trzeba sprawdzać czystość naczyń i sztućców, by nie było zdziwienia gości po wyjęciu niedomytych sprzętów. Stolik , jedyny i symboliczny, był niestety uszkodzony/wygięty i nie nadawał się do zjedzenia na nim posiłku, postawienia szklanki. Ale Polak potrafi, daliśmy sobie z tym radę. Szkoda, że nie ma chociaż 1-2 miejsc postojowych rezerwowanych na parkingu za szlabanem, ale na jedną noc daliśmy radę zaparkować na podwórku, bez konfliktu i bez przeszkadzania innym. Drugiej nocy już nie, ale parkowanie na ulicy nie stanowi żadnego problemu. Cena za parkowanie na ulicy jest do przyjęcia, akceptowalna, a parkowanie tam bezpieczne. Nie ma tłoku , walki o miejsce, to duży plus.

Een heerlijke plek in Kaunas

Wat een geweldige loft! Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf. Centraal gelegen (je loopt zo de winkelstraat in) en toch heerlijk rustig op een binnenplaatsje. Ik had wat moeite met de afstandsbediening van de tv. Uiteindelijk heb ik toch maar de host gebeld, die mij vriendelijk en geduldig uitlegde wat ik moest doen (bedankt!). Ik vond het jammer dat ik maar één nacht in Kaunas was. Hier had ik prima een paar dagen kunnen blijven. Een aanrader!

Het enige wat (voor mij) niet zo goed werkte was de code op de buitendeur. Die gaf steeds een foutmelding voordat ik de hele code had ingetoetst. Na een paar keer opnieuw proberen lukte het dan wel.

Para mi que viajo solo me gustó el tipo de apartamento loft que me dieron. En la planta de abajo un pequeño sofá el baño y una pequeña cocina . Y arriba la cama donde se accede por unas escaleras . Estaba bastante limpio

Era un bajo y las ventanas dan al parking y los coches hacen bastante ruido. Y el sistema de entrada , no hay una persona física y es algo confuso el lugar exacto y la puerta exacta donde se encuentra el apartamento. Sólo te Dan instrucciones por WhatsApp. No hay mucho lugar para aparcar
