Very disappointing

The host was not helpful when I reported an electrical fault that repeatedly tripped the safety box. The apartment was already extremely cold due to an outdated air conditioning unit that barely worked. The situation became unacceptable when the electrical box stopped turning back on entirely, leaving me without power, heat, or any amenities for the rest of the night. With outside temperatures around -13°C (if not colder), I was left in a freezing apartment with no support or resolution. This made for a very uncomfortable and concerning stay. Hence why I checked out the day after as I initially booked it for 7 days.

Nice place to stay for privacy and location.

Walking distance to downtown was decent. On site parking was nice. Place was very clean and had all the amenities of home (except bathroom/shower soap). Bed was comfortable. Owner was friendly.

Parking entrance was difficult to find initially - a sign would help. Stairs were kind of steep with no grip, so we had to be extra careful at night and when raining (both happened to us). Shower was too high tech for the space and the ratio of shower head water and water tank volume was bad so taking 2 hot showers was tricky.

Non existent communication

No communication despite Booking.com trying, my further three attempts through the Booking.com app, email and WhatsApp. These message were spread out over a month. How do you run a business if you won't communicate with your customer.

Sunny Kaunas Hideaway

This property is wonderful! The natural light and views of the city make this stay memorable. The facilities were great, and the location, while not central, was still very convenient for exploring Kaunas.

Despite some issues I would consider to stay at this apartment .

Private entrance and nice view.Lovely interior. Enough space for one or two person.

Apartment not far from busy road and noisy enough especially at night. Also need some repairs- window locks, air conditioner repair due to leaking water.

Very good

The accommodation has excellent location. But the best is 300 m distance to brewery "Kauno alus" factory outlet where you can buy all beers from production and in addition takeaway draft beer. Nothing better than moderate enjoying in beer after working day is finished.

Comfortable, small apartment for 3 people not so far from centre

The location of the accommodation was pretty nice, it was few mins by foot to get to centre, it was clean and comfortable

Very nice appartment, lots of space. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Free parking in front of the door.

Some parts can be better cleaned, the sink, the mirror in the bathroom, nightstand behind the bed.. but for the rest great place!

Comunication was very great. location is perfect. 4 min walk to main promenade. Very bright and cosy. good to find coffee and even breakfast bar when you stay only one night. plenty of towels to use. Was Clean and very private. Great view to Kaunas centrum.

Nice pictures but worst apartment i had so nothing good to say just the location ...

Worst stay i had ever and iv been quite few places , apartment had mold , cnuckle marks on fridge , broken shower, molds on windows , bed is broken and delaminated , parking was full and there was nowhere to park around. No hairdryer . Floor boards where delaminated and unsanitary .Door to balkony as marked -doorway to first floor the fast way... i mean there is no balcony only door to it.. im amazed how booking alowed this place at this price on this site. Also ignorant owner

Чудове розташування, центр поряд. У квартирі було практично усе необхідне, чисто. тепло. автомобіль ставили поряд, що є зручно. тихе подвір'я, хоча центральна вулиця, кімнати просторі.

дуже круті сходи на вході, з валізами підніматись важко, на кухні мало посуду і миючих засобів так як знімали на 5 днів сім'єю.

Jaukus ir tvarkingas butukas netoli centro

Puiki vieta, visai šalia centro. Nemokamas parkingas. Yra virtuvėlė, kam aktualu su visais indais ir įrankiais, galima gamintis maistą. Švaru, tvarkinga, jauku, šilta (reikėjo patiems įsijungti kondicionierių, bet greit prišilo). Mielai apsistosime dar kartą.

Miegamojo lova šiek tiek girgžda. Butas antrame aukšte, tad reikia pakilti mediniais lauko laiptais. Kam lipti - problema, arba turint didelių lagaminų gali kilti sunkumų. Nėra plaukų džiovintuvo.
