Great location! Would return!

Amazing location, cozy apartment with a great view! Loved staying here and would definitely return!! Be aware the entrance involves 5 flights of spiral stairs :) Thankyou!

Got a different apt to the one I booked very disappointed

Location close to metros and tower and alot of places to eat nearby.

Didn't get the apt that I booked. They changed us to a different apt. Never informed me prior to the arrival of the change. Despite me messaging 1hr before arrival to confirm access and codes, they left us waiting 20mins when we arrived as the ones on the site were for the original apt, not the one they were sending. Never warned the narrow 5 flights of stairs to climb with no lights. The shower had no way to hold the shower hose, and the "bath" was a half sized bath, so it was very awkward to sit with knees bent. No toiletries provided. Instructions on emptying our own rubbish bin and stripping the bedding ourselves. Messaging at 9pm and ringing after 4 messages in the space of 1 min to confirm check out 12pm the next day and to see if we were leaving earlier. We were at a concert. Just found it very rude and strange as this had all been communicated on the time of arrival. No compensation or anything offered for the fact that they put us into a different apt that we booked. Location was near enough same. But a romantic double bed with balcony and open sitting room kitchen vs a cramped double bed with bunk bed single over it double bed in sitting room/kitchen area and no balcony. Very unromantic. My partners feet hung out over the end of the bed and he's just under 6ft. Barely able to move around the bed. Wardrobe shelves very dusty. Hangers hidden in behind a curtained area not in wardrobe. It would be fine for 5 people sharing to sleep but if you need the bathroom or kitchen it wouldn't be.

Disappointed

Location

We were moved to an apartment on the fifth floor, and to our surprise, there was no elevator. Since we were traveling from Toronto to London and then flying back home from Paris, we had big, heavy suitcases with us. To our horror, we had to drag everything up a narrow wooden staircase all the way to the fifth floor. I actually asked the owner beforehand if there was an elevator, and the reply was, “Apartment is on the 5th floor. As far as I remember there is an elevator. But I’ll clarify this question.” Unfortunately, no clarification ever came, and when we arrived, there was no elevator at all. On top of that, there was no body wash or shampoo provided. I even asked the staff to send some, but nothing was ever sent or received. Overall, this felt very misleading and disappointing. A simple, honest answer about the elevator would have saved us a lot of stress, and basic amenities should at least be provided. Honestly, don’t book this apartment unless you’re traveling super light and don’t mind these kinds of surprises.

Would not book again.

Great location.

You have to walk to a store to pick up and drop off keys. Communication with the host was no good, kept referring to a different co worker on whatsup. The place was not cleaned before we got there. We did not arrive until after 7pm. Garbage was not taken out, dirty towels and linen. I told the host and he said fresh towels will arrive after 3pm the following day. I said we were only there for a couple of days and did not want to waste half a day waiting on fresh towels. We used the paper towels to dry off!! The pull out couch bed was thin as a piece of paper and uneven. My son slept on the hardwood floor instead of that thing. No TV. Did not have a good experience.

Dirty and smelly bed sheets. Bath towels stank. The whole apartment smelt like mould. The kitchen counter has cover has lifted and is wet. Shower head doesn’t work and leaks. Cleaning of entire apartment was poor.

Location is great if you don’t stay that long.

The location was perfect. It was a 13 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. They let us have an early check in since we were less than 24 hours in Paris with the price of 60 euros

The bathroom was small like a broom closet. The apartment smelled like mold. The shower head was broken and wouldn’t hold properly for us to take a decent shower.

Great but ...

The apartment was in a great location for all the central tourist locations and a lot of great restaurants. Beds were comfortable.

Bloody sheets and blankets. Broken shower. Water under the floor boards of the bathroom area. There was 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. Kitchen sink counters are water damaged and warped. The entire studio smells moldy. Someone had entered after our check in time and put away laundry that was still very much wet. Hair EVERYWHERE. Looks nothing like the photos. The bathroom lock is incredibly finicky and got locked in the bathroom for a while.

The location near a Metro, places to eat, grocery, and shops made up for the minor inconveniences.

Perfect location and wonderful neighborhood. Very close to the Metro station so it was easy to navigate to all the spots around Paris we wanted to see.

The bathroom setup was less than desirable for 3 people sharing the space. There were a few small maintenance issues (the overhead shower head didn’t work and the kitchen counter had warped due to water damage).

Dirty Apartment

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t as we expected! The room was really dirty, the sheets of the bed and the ones for the sofa were used and probably were the same from the previous guests! Also toilet paper wasn’t enough and towels were also dirty and wet also most probably from the previous guests! That’s so sad because the location is perfect, is the only thing that worth.

Excellent location and great accommodation :)

The location of this property was excellent! 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Just around the corner from the Ecolé Militaire Metro station so super quick access to lots of destinations. There is an amazing choice of places to eat in or take out food, supermarkets and bakeries just around the corner. The apartment is nice, plenty of room, basic kitchenette but perfect for what we needed. Fridge and Freezer, kettle and coffee machine. Great stay!

Pack your earplugs as it can be a bit noisy in the morning when people are walking around outside.

Location. The apartment has definite potential. Very posh looking but missing finishing touches.

The room is noisy. People buzzing in right outside your door. Not great for light sleepers. Also very loud drunk people from the building right outside your windows smoking and blowing in. Courtyard is misleading. It's the garbage area and you'd not want people standing and staring at you while they take out their trash. The cleaner does need to improve. Hairballs, hair in the shower drain, sheets that weren't as clean as you'd want. Matching set of dishes, glasses, cutlery would be nice.

I chose the location for its excellent reviews on booking. Really disappointed! The terrace mentioned is a not very cosy terrace but a concrete courtyard without seats or table. Wasn't very clean: used and wet hand towels in the kitchen, dirty sink in the toilet, grubby soap dish with old used soap still inside, shower hasn't been cleaned and covered with hair, used and hairy sheets on the sofa-bed, freezer full of ice so impossible to use or even close the door that got mouldy. But what disappointed me most was the reaction of the owner!! Instead of saying sorry or suggesting a solution, she just asked for pictures as she couldn't believe our complaints. Even after the pics she just told us that the cleaning lady who apparently passed 2 hours cleaning simply forgot to clean the shower.

Great apartment to explore Paris

Really great location. Close to almost any major attraction, surrounded by restaurants and bars, yet in a quite street, so that no noise during night. Close to metro and RER, so easy to get to any other location. The apartment is on the ground floor, so no stairs at all - would be a great choice if you'd like to avoid climbing stairs. Host was very helpful and her best to make our stay perfect.

There was a problem with stationary internet, so there was a temporary solution. It worked for messengers, but fixing broadband internet would be much better. It's also worth noting that as the apartment is on the ground floor, opening the window blinds would open the apartment to the street, and the the window in the bedroom is also a door to the inner court of the apartment building, so during the day we kept it close and opened for the night to get fresh air.

Horrible à fuir

D'une part le lit du salon avait un pied cassé et la gestionnaire le savait donc le lit n'était pas utilisable en l'état. D'autre part la vaisselle était sale voire crasseuse avec des bouteilles de produits ouvertes sans bouchon, ce qui était dangereux quand on a un bébé. Il manquait aussi les produits de première nécessité. Le lit parapluie nous a été livré en retard avec un matelas bébé mouillé et avec des tâches probablement d'urine. Enfin l'annonce ne le dit pas mais le logement était au 5e étage sans ascenseur dans un couloir à la lumière défaillante. Lorsque nous avons eu enfin l'information il était trop tard pour annuler. On était coincés. Pas de local poussette donc il a fallu tout monter et descendre avec un éclairage défectueux. Pour finir la gestionnaire n'a absolument pas été professionnelle voire irrespectueuse et le propriétaire n'a pas tenu sa promesse en nous remboursant toutes les nuits mais ont retenu deux nuits au lieu d'une. Nous avons des preuves de tout cela. Bref n'y allez pas.

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de estación del metro. El anfitrión muy amable, siempre atento y las indicaciones muy claras. Es muy práctico porque tiene lavadora

Las patas de la cama principal estaban sobre puestas y la cama se tambaleaba fue un poco incómodo, pero como solo íbamos a dormir al alojamiento no nos causó mucho conflicto . Solo teníamos cuidado

Acogedor, ubicación excelente, barrio seguro, vistas espectaculares, aunque edificio viejo.

La ubicación y las vistas, desde la ventana se ve perfectamente la Torre Eiffel. Es una casita acogedora y aunque al llegar se notaba fría, la apañé para que mantuviera el calor del radiador que había, dejando todas las puertas cerradas y poniendo unas toallas enrolladas bajo el hueco de la puerta. En la cocina había todo lo necesario para cocinar, incluso una sartén antiadherente. La cama era cómoda, no está ya el colchon fino que dicen, o quizá hablaban de otro piso que se alquile desde el mismo propietario, yo estuve en el 25 rue Bosquet.

Las escaleras para subir al piso, es un quinto sin ascensor pero las escaleras parecen peligrosas, son MUY estrechas, los peldaños tambien son pequeños, no cabe bien el pie y ademas al ser de madera algunos estaban hundidos o volcados, no sé si soy yo muy torpe pero no me sentía nada segura, ademas la barandilla se movía, no estaba bien fijada. La luz de la escalera no siempre funcionaba, a veces pulsabas y al soltar se apagaba asi que sumabas esto para subir con mas riesgo la escalera, a oscuras o alumbrando con el flash del móvil. La luz se fué varias veces, no sé si por la potencia contratada, y tardaba unos minutos en volver, el casero de booking era más pasota pero la chica que me atendía por WhatsApp fue bastante atenta y me ayudó. El problema es que es un edificio viejo, en resumen, pero al final me hizo cómico el alojamiento por la aventura de cada vez que tenía que subir o bajar las escaleras. La habitación no tenía luz de techo, solo una lámpara de pie que alumbraba poco, pero al final dormí en la cama de fuera, no usé ese cuarto que ademas creo que era más frío y así podia ver la tele de fuera desde la cama.

Jól frekventált helyen van, szép a lakás, de kellemetlen volt, hogy novemberben ennyire fáztunk.

Az ablakból látni lehetett az Eiffel-tornyot és tömegközlekedési eszközökkel (busz, metro) könnyen megközelíthető. Közvetlen környezetben bolt és éttermek is találhatóak.

November végén voltunk a szálláson és nagyon fáztunk, mivel az egész lakásban szinte csak egy radiátor működik jól a bejárati ajtó mellett, ahol az ajtó alatt nagy huzat volt. A pizsama tetejére mindenki pulcsit vett fel éjszakára és még így is fáztunk. Nem működött a kapszulás kávéfőző sem.

Renkívül alacsony felszereltség. Hideg volt. Nem volt tusfürdő, sampon, mosogatószer. Az ágyban a matrac teljesen deformálódott, kifeküdt volt. Egy koszos, használt mosogató szivacs . 5. emelet, lift nélkül.

Mieszkanie dawno czas świetności ma za sobą. Duszne, brudne, rozwalający się blat w kuchni, brudna lodówka oblodzona, brudne materace i pościele, zepsuta słuchawka pod prysznicem, brudne ściany , brudny wywietrznik. Weszliśmy godzinę później bo nie było posprzątane. Klucze niedostępne we wskazanym miejscu. Brak odpowiedniej ilości naczyń, dwa kubki, trzy szklanki, brak gąbki czy płynu do naczyń. Nie, nie i jeszcze raz nie polecam.

Грязная вытяжка, на ней висят прям куски пыли. Когда сняли постельное белье весь матрас оказался в крошках, волосах, пятнах. Пастельное белье старое и в пятнах. Диван продавлен. Не было мыла . Чтобы взять ключи нужно пройти квест.

Très mauvaise expérience. Emplacement idéal près de la Tour Eiffel, mais tout le reste a été catastrophique. À l’arrivée, il a fallu chercher un magasin à 10 minutes à pied pour récupérer les clés, sans aucune signalisation. Aucun contact possible via WhatsApp malgré les instructions. Nous devions payer 50 € pour déposer nos bagages plus tôt, mais vu l’état du logement, nous avons refusé. À l’intérieur : * Appartement non nettoyé, * Toilettes sales sans papier, * Draps tachés de sang, * Serviettes déjà utilisées, * Vaisselle sale, cuisine insalubre, * Présence de cafards, * Nous avons dû acheter nos propres serviettes. Et pire : à 2h du matin, des personnes sont entrées dans le logement pendant que nous dormions. Insécurité totale. ⚠️ Pour le prix, c’est inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement tant que des mesures sérieuses ne sont pas prises.

Apartament nie został przygotowany dla 3 osób , pościel była brudna jak i całe mieszkanie, w mieszkaniu było czuć dziwny zapach, wspomniany balkon/taras niedostępny (zablokowany), blat w kuchni do naprawy jak i lodówka która się nie domykała,prysznic popsuty, apartament znajduje się przy ulicy i ktokolwiek wchodził do klatki było słychać, jak i również sąsiadów zza ściany którzy o 5-6rano wracali i robili imprezę.
