A Hot Mess and A Dusty Dungeon, reminiscent of a coal miner's workday.

The location is excellent. The communication was great. The ease of entry and check out was great. The location is not in a touristy area but is very close to major points of interest.

The room was not very clean. There were dirty blankets stuffed in the closet. The actual accommodation did not match the photos. The "downstairs" which we re-named "the dungeon" was hot with little circulation. There was dust falling from the dungeon ceiling from the recent plaster that irritated my family member's eyes and lungs. The safe did not work. The windows were tinted opaque and we did not have a view outside. The air conditioning was not sufficient for any of the rooms for seven people. Why was there only one key for seven people?! There were building supplies in the cabinets where we could have stored our luggage. The glass panels on the handrail were sharp and cut my hand, even though the property owners used packing tape to "make it safe." The property owners taped the sharp glass but it obviously did not correct the safety issue. The glass panels were also falling off. Good thing they left building supplies, including packing tape which I used to cover the sharp edges of the glass. The clothes dryer vents into the living area making it even hotter than it was. The mattresses were lumpy and hard and very uncomfortable. The sheets were older and faded.

Awesome location close to the Eiffel Tower and historic areas in the seventh. It was the perfect place for our family. A bit on the small side, but not unreasonable.

A great little apartment right in the heart of the city

The location was fantastic - it was literally walking distance to everything. By everything I meant everything including grocery stores, restaurants and all the must see sights. The staff was super friendly and the place was very clean. The check in instructions sent via video was very informative and easy to follow.

The room on the bottom had a funny smell. The air filter kept stopping.

Super well situated. Perfect location. Easy. Clean. Details looked after as in towels, shower soap, Bin bags etc. Appreciated.

Just sad there was just one wine glass (though we were two adults) and three wine bottle openers, but two broken and the third one quite tough to use.

Great location, close to the Eiffel Tower and restaurants.

The location was great, it was very close to restaurants and walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for a family. I like that it had a washer and dryer that we needed to use, which is hard to find in Europe. It’s a cute apartment. The management was very helpful over messaging throughout our stay.

It was really hot inside and hard to sleep at night even with the windows open. The only area that wasn’t hot was the lower level room.

Good location but expensive as compared to money spend

Excellent location , Eiffel tower is 400 m. This was biggest / only plus.

This is old property renovated with new stuff. 1. Being on ground floor & one side is towards road - lack of ventilation & with noise from road. 2. Downstairs kellar is converted to room which is very old with lot of smell of old walls. 3. Dishwasher - not working 4. Missing basic soap/shampoo in bathroom 5. Key - Kept nicely in locker but was not shared how to open door with button key (small thing probably good to share).

Apartmán je v hezké lokalitě v blízkosti Eiffelovy věže, dobrá dostupnost městské hromadné dopravy. V okolí je spousta obchodů i restaurací.

Kromě jedné místnosti nemá apartmán otevírací okna s možností větrání. V kuchyni je málo nádobí, některé bylo špinavé. V koupelně není sprchový gel, což v ubytováních tohoto typu bývá standart, k dispozici byl pouze malý zbytek mýdla na ruce a jaru, museli jsme si sami dokoupit. U dveří do apartmánu je zvenku klika, což není vzhledem k bezpečnosti optimální.

Súper céntrico, luminoso, espacioso, bien cuidado.

Estaba todo muy limpio. Las camas cómodas, la ropa de cama olía bien. El menaje de cocina y los electrodomésticos muy bien. Estaba cerca de la Torre Eiffel, de supermercados, de bares.

La habitación de abajo es un poco húmeda y olía a humedad, pero con el deshumidificador mejor.

La ubicación es excelente, al lado De la Torre Eiffel, transporte público y supermercados cerca. Es una ventaja que disponga de secadora y lavadora. Las camas de la planta principal, especialmente el sofá cama eran cómodos.

La habitación de abajo olía mucho a humedad y aunque estaba puesta la máquina para eliminarla no era suficiente. Pusimos otra más y algo ayudó. Sin embargo, pudimos acoplarnos en la planta principal y tuvimos una buena estancia.

Limpieza, amplitud, cercanía a metro y torre Eiffel , comunicación con dueño.

No hay almohadas, son cojines incómodos. El dormitorio de la planta baja al ser una cueva de piedra, hay mucha humedad y cae del techo pequeños restos de piedra sobre la cama.

Comunicazione con host effeciente e veloce. Posizione perfetta per girare la zona della torre eiffel, lungo senna. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Pulizia buona.

Peccato un po' per il rumore del deumidificatore posizionato nella seconda camera nel seminterrato, non proprio pratica, non l'abbiamo usata perché disponibile un divano-letto in cucina.

Bueno por su ubicación.

Desde luego lo mejor es la ubicación. Había café y azúcar y diferentes cosas que se agradece.

La habitación de abajo no es habitable, tienen un aire que debe ser para eliminar la humedad, de las paredes se desprende arenilla que cae en la cama y en todos lados. El apartamento está bien para 5 pero no más porque la habitación de abajo desde luego no es nada cómoda. Escribí al dueño para preguntar cómo podíamos apagar el extractor de la habitación de abajo porque no podíamos dormir con el ruido y no nos contestó. Que tenga solo un baño. El check in hasta las 15:00 de la tarde, me parece súper tarde y el check out a las 10:00 de la mañana me parece súper temprano. Realmente no estás los días por lo que lo contratas.

Bom lugar

A localização é excelente, mercado, restaurante, farmácia, lavanderia, locker, tudo perto. Bem perto da Torre Eiffel e do rio Senna. Anfitriã muito prestativa, responde as mensagens rápido, nos permitiu deixar as malas 1h antes. Ouve um problema com o ralo da pia do banheiro que foi resolvido sem que precisássemos ficar no local. Muita roupa de cama e banho.

Tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo no quarto de baixo, mas foi resolvido ao ligar o desumidificador.
