The directions to get there are a bit vague especially for someone who hasn't been to York before. Two small issues. 1. The dining chairs are very uncomfortable and require some sort of cushion. 2. The TV channels are not very good.

It was a lovely property, very clean and fully equipped for our stay. We never met the owners but the door locking system was excellent and everything was ready for our arrival. Location close to car park and short walk into town - perfect! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be staying again.

great location, easy walk into town with a shop basically next door, we cooked a couple of nights and the place had just about enough kit to make it work
could maybe use sharper knives, but altogether brilliant
