I greatly appreciated how easy check-in was. Sara was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to make sure any changes to my arrival were taken care of quickly and with an eye on guest comfort! Prior to my arrival there was a small water leak that was already taken care of and any concerns addressed. Check out was easy and I always got a reply to any questions within minutes.

This spot was great for what I needed it for! I just needed a room for a short time and it was perfect for the two nights I needed. It was an easy, quick walk into York center and far enough away from the main roads to offer a quieter space when needed. Amenities were great. Only downsides were slightly thin walls and being right by the building exterior door (that was safely coded), but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The area was very quiet. It is an easy walk to the station and across the river to the city centre.

Great location and everything we needed

Nowhere to empty bin

The location and cleanliness was superb. It had everything we needed from a kitchen and bathroom.

The noise from upstairs was extremely disturbing. For over two hours until 5.30am we were kept awake and I felt very sorry for the two young children. You hear everyone upstairs and the front door. Earplugs required and it was only on finding some that we were able to finally fall asleep again, but our day was ruined due to exhaustion The bed has hurt our backs, it is so uncomfortable. The room was stuffy and roasting hot even with the heating off we woke sweating rivers!
