Had to wash dishes as previous people had put dishes back not washed properly

Excellent location. Easy walk into main centre, or train station. Buses were frequent, if you wanted to go further afield. Property was very comfortable. Shower was lovely and hot. Kitchen facilities good too.
Nothing not to like really. Towels were a bit thin and tatty. But were serviceable.

The room was smartly furnished and greatly located near the train station and the centre of York. The communication from the host was good.
However I think attention to detail for the cleaning is important. The kitchen floor needed a good clean, and under the bed was empty water bottles . Other than these two issues, it was fine. Attention to the cleaning is important
the lack of a deep clean. I wouldn't want a room on the ground floor facing the street. I think storage is lacking also
