location and the fact we had all conveniences of home, such as fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc.
toilet flush was bit broken and the shower takes some getting used to.

Great first floor location in the heart of historic York. Managing agents responded well to issues raised.
Heating was not working on arrival and could not be fixed immediately - agents helpfully provided convection heaters. Kitchen needed improvement and better cleaning.
