The location was perfect. It was so clean and well equipped. It is clearly very well looked after. We definitely will be coming back.
The ONLY negative was the upstairs neighbour who every night at midnight stomped above the bedroom and kept turning the tv on and off loudly 😑 Absolutely didn't ruin our break, I'd just bring ear plugs next time.

The location was right in the middle of York but quietly located off the main thoroughfare.
The entrance alley was a bit shabby but did not take away from the positive aspects of the property

The location was excellent! The view out the back of the city wall & a peek at the Minster. The convenience of Tesco across the street!
On about 3 night the noise level was excessive at bed time between 10:00 PM to midnight; however, I was somewhat prepared fro that based on a review I had read. One suggestion: A pitcher for water in the 'fridge.
