Excellent location just a short walk from the Minster and the centre of York.
The car parking is a few minutes away in a council car park, which isn’t a problem, but not the impression the listing gives.

Loved the little court yard, had to stop myself from going out to buy some plants 🤭 we were lucky with the weather, so spent a lot of time out there. The property was lovely and clean, the layout was thought out well so it felt spacious, gorgeous shower and very convenient for the town.
That there wasn’t a seating area inside, but that was our fault we didn’t read the info properly. Also no Prosecco glasses!

Adorable tiny backyard patio and fantastic location only minutes walk to York minster.
Some guest soap/shampoo & conditioner would have been nice.
