The apartments are beautifully modern with contemporary furnishings and a light, neutral decor.
The apartment has a modern living/dining kitchen space, a modern family bathroom with a bath and a shower, and beautifully decorated bed.
The living room has a double sofa bed to accommodate extra guests.
It has views towards the City Walls and our leafy courtyard.
The apartment comes with fast wireless broadband which is free of charge for all our guests.
Ideally located just outside the Monkgate City Walls and a short walk from the magnificent Minster and a 5 minute walk to coney street the main shopping strip in York.

The development in which the apartment is located is attractive and a few minutes walk from the city centre.
The accommodation is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, apart from the lack of a corkscrew.
However, there were dirty saucepans in the cupboard and one had a handle so loose that it would have been dangerous to use.
In addition, the instructions for the cooker in the flat were for another appliance
The spout on the kitchen sink tap frequently separated from the base causing a fountain of water to flood the draining board and the windowsill behind the sink.
None of these was individually that big a deal but you got the impression that no one is periodically checking on the apartment to make sure everything is at it should be. And like all holidays lets in York, the accommodation is expensive.
