Location
Property was clean and bed very comfortable
No drawers to store clothes in meant living out of a suitcase for four days.
The only hanging space provided was right next to the bed which is unsuitable for wet jackets
Only one easy chair in a room for two people which meant one of us sitting on the bed to watch TV
In the kitchen there was no dishcloth or sponge for washing dishes or wiping surfaces.
Towel rail in bathroom did not work so damp towels all week

Very clean, great location near city center.
Nothing on the part of the hosts. The property is near a pretty busy main road into the city, so there's a good bit of traffic going by; occasional ambulances headed to a hospital nearby. But in terms of access to major attractions, the location is terrific.

Fantastic location
Loved the electronic key pad entry - super easy and great not to have to faff with a key
Mattress was going a bit at the edges but slept ok night 2 and 3!

Beautiful apartment in a great area. Clean and recently refurbished. A very useful handbook with all the info and some discounts was provided. Apartment came with towels and tea/coffee supplies.
A lot of hidden costs: £60 cleaning, £35 property service charge and £10 other fee. Including the VAT it was an additional 50% on top of the initially advertised cost on booking.com.
The mattress is very soft, like sleeping on a giant pillow. Some might find it comfortable but if you suffer from lower back pain this might cause you discomfort.
