Close to city centre and a quiet location and able to park outside for a £10 per night fee. Very clean and comfortable
WiFi stairs and door to apartment could be a challenge for some. Only one wine glass and one drinking glass. Hot water in bathroom sink did not work and water took a while to drain

Instructions were clear and the property was easy to locate. It was also in a very good location close to the city centre. The property itself is nice, it was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need.
I think the property was a little basic for the price we paid, but I think this is a reflection of how expensive York is and not a problem on the part of the hosts. I didn't realise that the parking actually had to be purchased until we arrived, there is an option for free parking a short walk away from the property, but these spaces were not always available. I think this could have been slightly clearer prior to booking.

Good location, parking permit arranged for us by the host on payment. Very clean and comfortable, equipped with all we needed.
