Benidorm apartment

Was a nice place had a good view out towards the beach. The location was ok if u want quiet

The air con was not great only 2 air con available 1 in bedroom and 1 in living room but did not make the room cool unless u stood underneath it. The room with the bed bunks was very hot without aircon so if u want to cook that's the room and u can't open the window as u get swarmed by insects which come in unless u like that sort of thing. The location was ok had to do alot walking unless u want to spend fortune on taxis

The best place to spent summer holidays in Benidorm for it's value

The location is perfect! The views from the balcony are incredible - you live on the beach! Also covered parking was a very good option in hot summer days. There was more then enough place for a family on 4 person. Very fast response from rental company. The part of the beach that is situated near apartments is not crowded even at the day time.

In summer you need to pay 10 euro / day for using an air conditioner, it is a little confusing, because it is impossible to live there in summer without it. Also, the strangest thing i have ever seen is that there are no remote controls for the air conditioners in the room (there are only 2, one in the hall and one in the bedroom where there are 2 beds). When we arrived, the air conditioner in the bedroom was working at full power, and in the living room it was barely cooling. Obviously, the temperature settings were set incorrectly. As a result, in order to change this, a person from the rental company came who had a remote control for the air conditioners, he set the maximum cooling in the living room and the minimum in the bedroom. When we asked if we could keep the remote control, he answered negatively. For what reason the tenants cannot adjust the air conditioner settings themselves, it remains unclear to me.

Estancia agradable

El apartamento en general está muy bien. Muy limpio. Gran menaje de cocina. Estupenda terraza con vistas al mar. Tiene wifi gratis que funciona muy bien. El personal de la agencia que lo lleva es mu amable y profesional.

El sofá del salón es incomodísimo para estar sentado mucho rato viendo la televisión. Se saltan los plomos continuamente en cuanto enciendes la calefacción y pones el microondas. No se si es porque tienen contratada poca potencia o porque algo no funciona bien.

Не понравилось, то что, было очень холодно! Нам принесли обогреватель, но мы им не пользовались.Т к в квартире выбивал свет, когда всем пользуешься. В сезон января, не советую заселяться, т к очень очень холодно в квартире, весь пол в кафеле

Nuostabi vieta, turbūt atvažiuosime dar kartą.

Labai gera vieta, švaru tvarkinga. Jautėmės kaip namuose. Labai gražus vaizdas iš balkono. Galima sėdėti balkone ir mėgautis vaizdais jūra, kalnai, paplūdimys nuostabu. Tik truputi toloka nuo senamiesčio, bet labai gera mankšta einant pėsčiomis vakarais iki senamiesčio ir atgal. Keičiama patalynė ir rankšluosčiai.

Būtų patogiau jeigu raktus galėtų gauti apgyvendinimo įstaigoje, nereikėtu ieškoti važiuojant su taksi. Išvykstant labai gerai raktus palieki apartamentuose ir nekyla jokių rūpesčių.
