We had a really pleasant stay both at the hotel and the aqua park.

Hotel rooms were new, well furnished, and we were also provided with a spare sofa bed and also a baby cot so we had a lot of sleeping space. Food at the restaurant was also good, and all staff very welcoming and polite. We also appreciated a small play area at the restaurant for small children. We didn't leave hotel during our whole stay of 3 nights so had dinners and breakfast the the hotel, and lunch at the aquapark. Aqua park was especially well suited also for very young children. Our both kids (1.5 and 3.5 years old) had a lot of fun in kids pool and water slides, and would gladly recommend to parents with small children. Water was warm and also outside the pools. The other parts of aqua park were also good: big swimming pools, water slides, outdoor pools, spa part (although we didn't use it as we had to take care of the children). Canteen at the aqua park offered also decent food with fair prices.

Hotel is close to the train tracks and our room was on that side so sometimes train honking can be heard. Lifeguards at the aquapark could be a little more attentive to what is happening in the pools.

Everything was great – the place was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed my stay.

The only small downside is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled, so guests cannot adjust it individually in the room. Other than that, we really enjoyed.

Amazonija is truly a great place for relaxation, fun, and quality family time.

I spent four days at Amazonija with my son and would like to praise the extremely kind and helpful staff, who treated every visitor with great care and a smile. The complex is very large, and both the outdoor and indoor pools are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The slides were especially popular with the kids, providing them with hours of fun and laughter. The spa center offers several types of saunas, a salt room, a relaxation room, and a jacuzzi, making it a perfect place for adults to unwind and enjoy complete relaxation. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, which adds to the overall feeling of rest and comfort. All in all, this was an unforgettable and enjoyable experience that we will definitely repeat. Amazonija is truly a great place for relaxation, fun, and quality family time.

Overall our stay was amazing. Everything is easy accessible, directions are clear. Hotel and pool area is really clean. Prices at the restaurant by the pool are acceptable , same for items in mini bars. Breakfast is amazing, good selection.

Dinner selection in hotel restaurant could be little bit better. Not to much to choose specially for vegetarian dietary.

Perfect stay

Indoor pool and all indoor facilities are enough for families with kids. Two out of four days of our stay weather was a little bit cold for outdoor pools but that did not affect our joy at all. On those two days when weather was perfect we were not sure where to spend our day - kids were delighted and we could spend hottest part of a day indoor. We have additionally paid for the dinner and that was excellent decision food was delicious. Breakfast and dinner were perfect. Receptionist helped us with language barrier (we had to buy some medicine) and they wrote down a message on Romanian for us. Housekeeping staff and cleaning stuff (both for rooms and around the pools) are very professional.

Absolutely not worth staying here. Just get a place in Timisoara and come here for a day.

The dinner is super expensive and the selection was very poor. The breakfast just a tad better. Except for the water park, there is nothing close by. Very expensive for what you get and we were charged for the extra day, although we had to cut our stay short.

The fact that the kids area was heated and nice for the kids.

The breakfast was awful . We were there for 3 nights and every morning the selection was the same and the options were extremely limited . The only vegetarian option was tomatoes and cucumbers and when I asked if they had any other options i was almost laughed at. The temperature in the rooms is set and locked by reception at 26C there is no way to change it from the room thermostat . I got back in the room with mu 2 toddlers around 9 pm and when I notified reception that the temperature ia too high i was told that I should’ve let them know before 4-5 pm because now there ia no one to change it from the “computer” . I mean first of all who sleeps in 26C ? And second if the temp is controlled from a computer why can’t this be changed to accomodate the needs of all the guests. The view is of a junk iron yard so be ready to see and hear iron being dragged and dropped . The food option at the pool is a total joke. There is an overpriced restaurant with less than mediocre food and staff is extremely rude and absent. The food option is very very limited . Also there are no other options around . We ate at the mall or went all the way to the city centre .

A very nice experience. The rooms are clean, new, well equipped, the staff is very friendly, especially the lady at the reception. The only thing I would suggest is that if there is ever an opportunity to upgrade the rooms, to furnish rooms for four people. All in all, a 10 from us 😊

Great Hotel, great service!

Fresh, modern, clean, great staff and service. Spacious, stylish rooms with comfortable beds. They have a great indoor aqua park ideal for a family trip. However,I was on a business trip, so I didn’t enjoy it.

It isn’t to far from the city center, but far enough to have the need taking a taxi or public transportation.

New and clean room

No option for dinner, you have to pay for the access at the swimimg pool, missing pool towels. Spa area is not really a spa, just an open space with sauna and a jacuzzi on the main path to other pools. The AC in the room can’t be stopped even after we asked at the reception and it is on top of the bed. Even if we booked for 2 nights we left after only 1. We got no money back for the 2nd night… never back again.

we were the first ones to stay in the structure and to be honest I can say that the structure was great, comfortable and the personnel of the apartments we’re very professional and friendly in the same time. we have also receive a bottle of wine and chocolate as welcome gift as it was the first stay, let’s say inauguration.

we choose this structure because we wanted to enjoy Amazonia Terme, this one was not as expected. no organisation, no knowledge of the procedures to top up your bracelets just in cash and you need to remember what you have bought or you need to go in front desk to ask your balance. the bar pool was just on the area with children’s and was the only one with cocktails, that’s a a big no no. the area was supposed to close at 22:00 and at 21:30 everything was closed so we did not enjoy the spa. we bought the full day so we don’t look at the clock but our staying was under 4h. terme at the moment it’s a no no, surely they will improve.

We had a great stay! The hotel has just opened and everything is brand new. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The aquapark is simply amazing. Our kids loved it and we will certainly come again soon.

zaposleni bas nisu bili predusretljivi i kao da ih je mrzelo da odgovaraju na nasa pitanja..iznenađenje je bilo i to sto se ne primaju euri.. lokacija- malo je čudno kad gledate gomilu gvožđa autootpad dok doruckujete.. sve ostalo super, soba čista, kupatila opremljeno čistim peškirima,ručak u aquaparku super izbor, cene regularne..bazeni čisti, spa odličan, otvoreni bazeni i bar vrhunski doživljaj..
