Ideal hotel

Great location, clean and spacious room. Great spa for free!

Everything was great. If I could give any feedback that would be to add hair dryers in the changing rooms at the spa. With it being so cold in Timișoara now, it’s dangerous to not have the option of drying your hair when leaving the spa. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Hotel Timisoara - Two nights

had an excellent stay at this hotel in Timișoara! The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, which made everything so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering great value for the price. I also loved that dogs are welcome here for a reasonable fee, which is a huge plus for pet owners like me. Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Wouldn’t go there again

Food, comfy bed

No reception staff in the evening/night , the light wouldn’t turn on anymore because of some wrong setting they had made and tried to put up daft excuses instead of saying sorry. Really poor service. No light could be turned on in the night time and morning, and I had no one I could speak to in the night to fix the problem, and had to use my phone torch to use the bathroom and to get in bed. Mould in the bathroom, not acceptable in a 4 star hotel, they didn’t even clean my friend’s room in the morning. Unacceptable for the price they make you pay.

Everything is as it should be. I have stayed here a few times, it is my preferred accommodation in Timisoara. The Elite rooms are the right size, the other ones are a little small. Location is as good as it gets In Timisoara, parking is available. All in all, I have no complaints.

Parking is a little expensive but it’s still a much better option than no parking

It's a very good hotel, I like it a lot, some minor faults, but I would stay here again

The staff are very friendly and professional, nothing is too much to ask of them, and it was a pleasure to meet them. The cleaners also go a great job of keeping the room fresh every day. The bar area is great and the rooms are very good. It's located in a beautiful area of Timisoara, and there is some great architecture, art, and museums nearby.

The shower in my room was installed at a very low level and had poor pressure. I'm 6' tall and it was hitting the middle of my chest at it's highest. This was disappointing. The gym is OK, for someone who is experienced and can organise their own workout but there is not much equipment.

Excellent stay, will come back

Second stay here and loved it at least as much as the first! The staff is so nice and friendly and accommodating, this is really making a big difference! The hotel is very nice, stayed in an apartment which was very spacious and clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, with all sort of amenities, and with a lovely view over Piata Victoriei. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, coffee places, shops etc. Enjoyed the spa facilities too, that's a great plus. Loved the stay and looking forward to coming back.

Disappointing experience overall — outdated rooms, poor service, and lack of basic amenities made this stay far from com

We booked two rooms a few hours before arrival. Check-in was ok, but the front desk had trouble finding our reservation at first. Parking was full, and we had to drive around several times and wait for someone to leave. The rooms were very old and had a strong smell and lacked basic amenities like a trash can and tissues (no Kleenex available). Breakfast was included, but staff kept insisting we had to pay. I explained I wasn’t eating due to a medical condition and was only getting food for my 4-year-old son, but the staff member (Simona) kept coming back to check, which felt aggressive and uncomfortable. Only the location was a plus. Overall, not a stay I’d repeat or recommend.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Timișoara

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Timișoara, perfectly located right in the city center, just a short walk from Victory Square and all the major attractions. The hotel beautifully blends modern comfort with elegant design, and the atmosphere is both professional and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. I especially appreciated the quietness, despite the central location. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, both local and international. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The hotel also offers convenient parking options, including an underground garage and an open-air lot with easy access. Overall, Hotel Timișoara is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend it and would gladly return on my next visit to this beautiful city.

Beautifull central location

We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Timișoara for the second time, too. The staff was very friendy and attentive, like last year. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect location in the heart of the city.

Spa is very small and usually crowded. Therefore we skiped this opportunity this year. It was quit warm in the room, so we had to sleep with open window. ;)

Perfect location, very nice spa, bit older rooms. great helpful staff.

The ground floor, reception, but also the spa at -1 is perfect, it seems very modern, the rooms on the other hand are a bit old.

First we got a room with airco which didn't work. They solved this by giving us a different room right away. In both rooms the shower head its not really comfortable (bit broken)

We were given a higher standard room than we booked. The Hotel is right on the main square, good location, car parking possible in the garage under the next door building. High standard enterier, clean rooms and lounge, very helpful staff.
