This hotel should be the standard for how hotels should look

Everything! Room was big enough with all needed storage closets, amenities and heating. Christmas market is a 15-minute walk away. There are even free sweets in the lobby :) Hotel has its own parking spots, but if they are full, there is a free parking on street across the hotel. In my opinion, all accommodations in this price range should have the same stuff as this one.

The hotel's parking spots can be tight when reversing out with other cars nearby

Sad they dont care

I told thwm a month ago it was my birthday and arriving at midnight we needed help The porter just gave us a key and we had to find our own way carrying our luggage

The tv disnt qork and the porter told us if we came back in a month it would be ok Then they changed our room allegedly upgarding us wherw thw ligbts were faulty. We had to drag all our belongings through the corridor by ourselves At breakfast i asked for a small tub of yoghurt and the waitreas said No They ran out of tea bags and bread Tje food was cold because the buffet banmarees were not turned on We had no milk for tea and coffee in the room and it was never replaced On the first morning we were told at 8am if we wanted coffee we would have tp go to the bar and get it ourselves as there was no staff The bedding was thw wrong sizefor thw beds by at least 2 sizes so could not be made up properly

Comfortable bed

Lack of cosmetics in the bathroom, loose sheets on the bed, torn bathrobes, plastic cups in the bathroom, dirty and neglected terrace on the roof, sauna yuck, you have to beg for cups and coffee capsules, the reception desk is empty, you wait half an hour to check in because there is no one there. Breakfast, pity the stomach and hunger gods after that kind of breakfast, you will be hungry... no juice, no water, one coffee and that's it. Horror of horrors

Very elegant, clean and comfortable for a very good price. The ladies at the reception very friendly, professional and welcoming. Breakfast was great! We will visit this hotel again.

A modern stay within a 10 min walk from the old town centre

The breakfast was above expectations. The building, the interior design etc made it a pleasant stay.

It is not far away from the city centre - it is walkable and the tram runs just outside the entrance - but the area is residential and felt a bit off.

Overall was great!

Parking spaces! Too small and not comfortable. Breakfast was good, but eating the same things everyday for 10 days was not my idea of stay for longer. Maybe, good for one night!

Excellent

Breakfast is excellent, good and fresh food, a lot of choices. Restaurant is very nice, with very professional staff. The food is excellent, they have very good steaks, and a very wide choice of wines. I like the hotel, it is modern design, and use good quality stuff in the bathroom (rituals).

Regarding the location I think the tram is very noisy. I didn't like the toilet paper.

The bed was very comfortable and in the room very clean.The receptionist was super friendly

Since breakfast is from 7:30-10:30, you shouldn't have to ask every time at 9 if more food is being brought. The person in charge of the food should check every time what is missing so that the people eating don't have to wait for their food to be ready. I hope you improve this!

An excellent choice

This is a lovely hotel in a very interesting city, it's a bit out of the centre but only takes about 20 minutes to walk in and the linked Argentinian restaurant is very special indeed. Free onsite park was very welcome. Room was a good size, quiet (we asked to be away from the front/restaurant and the hotel obliged), very comfy and the bed was fab. Nice bathroom. There is some noise from the road (trams) outside but it didn't bother us as we were further back.

Quiet, comfortable, perfect size easy to use distressful hotel with its own parking including excellent restaurant. Young and overall professional and guest friendly hotel makes you feel good as a guest. Comfortable compact well equipped bedrooms including large shower room.

A perfect choice for flawless accommodation that exceeds even 5-star hotel comfort.

The property was extremely comfortable and high-end. Even 5-star hotels in Turkey don’t offer this level of comfort and quality. We traveled in Europe for 10 days with our 1-year-old son and my husband, staying in suites at 4-star hotels. However, none of those suites matched the quality and comfort we experienced here. The soap and personal care products provided are from a high-end brand. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the main attractions in Timișoara, and only 15 minutes by car. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The steakhouse located under the hotel was delicious and stayed open until late. They had thought of everything for our baby. The room had everything — slippers, a toothbrush, a shaving kit, even a sewing kit! (:

One of the best hotels in Timisoara, only 10 minutes walking distance from the old town.

Breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and always ready to help, and on-site restaurant (Argentinian steak house) was also excellent.

The soundproofing of the rooms internally could be better. No street noises were noticeable but sounds from neighboring rooms (conversation) and from the restaurant (music) could be heard.

Nice new boutique hotel

Location is great, parking, and also there is very good Argentina restaurant (t bone steak is excellent) on the ground floor of the hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable with cute design. Bathroom has everything.
